Cozy 2br upstairs unit in a historic duplex. Tons of light! Adorable decor! Perfect for a few days or extended stay. Accommodates up to four, free street parking, and located minutes from local hotspots!
Located by car about 3 minutes from I-71 and I-90, 15 minutes from CLE airport, and 8 minutes from downtown venues.
Historic duplex in the Stockyards neighborhood. Owner occupied lower unit and rental in upper unit. Guest access using keypad door lock. Rental unit is upstairs, 2nd level. Unit includes eat-in-kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom. Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, closet and dresser storage, and blackout curtains for a comfy night's sleep. Living room has plenty of lounging space and Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to dine in, prep snacks, or heat up takeout leftovers. There are two ring security cameras on the property; one one front door of the home and one on the garage facing down the driveway.
We are located 5-12 minutes by car from I-90, Tremont, A Christmas Story house, Ohio City, the West Side Market, CLE Hopkins Airport, Edgewater Beach, Whiskey Island, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, the Science Center, the CLE Aquarium, Progressive Field, FirstEnergy Stadium, the JACK, Lakewood Park, Little Italy, the Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Museum of Natural History.

We really really enjoyed our stay here! It was very cozy - in fact we felt like we were at home! Everything was very clean and well thought out; and the beds were insanely comfortable!! I would 100% recommend staying here.

Thanks, Michelle, for a great stay. The place was just as advertised - clean, comfortable and quiet. Parking, check in and check out were hassle-free. I will definitely stay here again when I’m next in Cleveland.

Very nice place. Clean, updated, and nice size bedroom and living spaces. Plenty of storage as well. As previous reviews state, the stairs up and down to unit are on the steeper, narrower side - fine for us, but if balance is an issue you may have a hard time. Convenient location for our visit, and good host commutation.

Cozy place with everything you need. Very clean. Owners live downstairs and were super nice in my one interaction with them. We usually stay in a hotel while we are in Cleveland but for half the price you cant beat it. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location. The apartment was exactly as advertised. Beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked for a quick meal. It was perfect for my daughter and me.

Wonderful stay
The place was clean and looked great. The host was very welcoming and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Would stay again.

This is the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The decor was simple and tasteful, and the pillows and blankets gave it a nice cozy feel. The kitchen was neat and organized, and the refrigerator was super clean. The shower was great, and I loved the hair dryer! I would recommend this place.

Cozy and bright
Great location, great host, very private, safe neighborhood, easy parking and access to everything. I would definitely stay again!

Great clean little place
Place was super clean had everything you need. Very quite and within 10 mins of everything you need. Would love to stay again.

clean,cute, comfortable
We had a wonderful stay. .It was close to all the activities we wanted to do and see. place was very clean and comfortable. If I ever need to come to Cleveland again, I would definitely stay again.

We are a pretty quiet couple who work from home. My office is on the second level so you might hear me walking around. I have an e-commerce shop and take photos and prep packages during the day. If you need rest during the day, please let me know if I'm making too much noise.
