Convenient location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenient location, great to have parking. Traveling with our 2yr old toddler, so it was essential to have a separate bedroom. Little playround / pool in the building was a plus too. Price was cheaper than other condos in the area. Rooms are pretty outdated and lighting feels dull.

Not a good experience, hidden fees plus my family and I got bit by bedbugs

Very poor maintenance hidden fees with bedbugs, no extra charge

We have shared your comments with the resort management team and they have been communicating with us. As a goodwill gesture, the property had refunded the amenity fee back to your card. The Guest Service Manager is aware of this situation as he confirmed with us you have reported and provided photos of bites and scratches. After your departure, housekeeping and ECO LAB technician inspected the room of any signs of bed bugs and unfortunately, there was no activity found. We hope your daughter is feeling better. We are sorry this wasn't a good experience for you and your family. May the next time you visit Hawaii, we ask to be prepared with bug spray to prevent from insects bites. Mahalo, Maui Condo & Home
