This is a great property at the Waikiki Banyan. The WIFI works great, TV has one clicker which works great no need for figuring out what to do. Very clean unit and nice view.Looks like a newely remodeled show with excellent water pressure.Would definately stay here again. Jim

Wonderful stay for value

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was such a nice place to have. It was enough space for me, my toddler, and parents. It was super close to the beach and the Waikiki attractions, so my parents felt comfortable enough to go out and explore on their own. The provided free parking was wonderful and something I didn't have to worry about after a long day. The only thing is that I found random bits of glass around the floor and my daughter stepped on them and cut her foot.

An exciting Hawaii vacation!

Great stay in Waikiki

Nice condo. Great location, 2 blocks from the beach. I loved that parking and WiFi were included. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus.

Hawaiian vacation

Everything was awesome. Could not have asked for more. Free parking was an added plus. Easy access to parking garage. Room had everything we needed. Will most definitely be staying here again!!

One block from the beach. Bus stops close by. Close to parks. Lots of restaurants nearby. Somewhat negatives - busy area with tourists, lots of noise of all kinds: roosters, sirens, vehicles, people.

Overall a great stay and not bad for the price. Stayed for 5 nights with 3 other adults. Aside from a few things that could improve like the refrigerator door handle being broken but recently glued back together and then broke again, bottom dresser drawer broken, sticky floor upon arrival, and air conditioner not the easiest to figure out how to use and not the most powerful, beds were firm, and sliding door to the balcony is very heavy to move, it still wasn’t bad. The location is excellent and a short walk to the beach. You can see the beach from the balcony of the you look to the left. Construction was completed before we arrived which was unexpected so we got to enjoy the swimming pool on the 6th floor and having a free parking spot in the garage was a life saver. The price for all of this is an excellent deal so it’s easy to overlook the few things that weren’t perfect and they didn’t impact our stay. We still had a great time and would very likely stay there again.

Our Family Holiday vacation

We came to visit our family in Hawaii and stayed in a beautiful condo. The view is amazing. Location also great. Beach, shopping and The Bus conveniently nearby. Great Barbecue, Pool and play area on the sixth floor. The unit was very comfortable. Loved the full kitchen where we were able to invite our family for a family Christmas Dinner . Thank you Kaina Realty (Yugo) Maybe we can come back and stay here again.

Simply lovely

Place was simple with a great view and prime location. Lots of stuff within walking distance, but the included parking pass was awesome too as parking in the city is definitely not cheap (50/day). Had almost everything we needed for the perfect beach days (cooler, chairs, snorkel masks, only 2 beach towels though). Kitchen and bathroom/shower were clean and got lots of use during our stay. Just need to get some mattress toppers for the beds because they are super stiff - my parents actually slept on the futon instead because it seemed comfier! Overall, great place and would stay again. :)

This was NOT a luxury stay

Location is good (1 block from the beach), but most of buildings in Waikiki are close to the beach, so not that much of an advantage compared to others. I found a bag of candy under my bed from somebody that have stayed there before me so I don't think it was really clean. The towels are old, I didn't see any beach towels, shampoo and soap provided is for like 3 days. The kitchen had the minimum: for example: no salt available. The unit is on the 35th floor so be prepared to wait during the morning to get an elevator. Also, we had a fire drill, so we had to go down by foot 35 floors at 9pm (luckily it was not in the middle of the night). Parking is convenient and WiFi worked.

Nice place

I always stay at Waikiki Banyan when I visit Oahu. Convenience to the beach, and everything you can do on Kalakaua Ave is great. The parking and wifi to go with these condos is great too. This unit is very nice clean other than dusty walls in kitchen. Beds and futon aren't comfortable. Very easy check in, as you get a key code to the door. I will say if you're staying at the Waikiki Banyan and driving a large SUV or Truck the parking is not great for that. This visit we had a larger vehicle than we usually get. We had 5 adults with lots of luggage. We had a GMC Yukon Xl. Finding parking in the parking garage wasn't easy. There is only the lower level for parking large vehicles. And unfortunately this building does not specify to other drivers with small vehicles to save the spaces on lower level for large vehicles. There was a couple times I had to wait for a car to leave to park. But other than that issue Waikiki Banyan is a great place to stay.

Great rental unit. Upscale accomodations. Loved firm beds bidet in bathroom and updated shower. Pool and laundry and bbq court for kids to play. Central location to waikiki area. Beach 2 blocks away. Excellent stay. Great value

The parking garage is very tight and low but it will fit a minivan and a full size SUV, as long as the car height is less than 72 inches.Bathroom is a little small and outdated. Nice Toto bidet.There were only 2 beach towels for 4 guests, so we had to purchase 2 extra beach towels for our family.There is one laundry room per floor w/ 1 washer and 1 dryer. The washer on our floor was out of service during our stay but we just went to the other floors to do the laundry.Nice location: the beach is 2 blocks away, there are several ABC stores in the area and 1 Starbucks inside the Marriot on the same street.The Waikiki Banyan is an old building and the elevator can be slow.Overall, we enjoyed the condo and would recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Waikiki.
