Positive:-Location. It was where we wanted to be for traveling the island. On the edge of Waikiki next to Kapiolani park and the zoo, it made for easy access to Queens and Kuhio beach. -parking included -pool kids enjoyed -bidet toilet seat Negative:-Not the cleanest place. -King size mattress had queen size sheets. -We had to sleep on basically a dirty mattress without sheets because sheets didn’t fit well and just fell off bed or moved. -Communicated with owner and it took 3 days to get it fixed. Final 3 days had sheets that fit bed appropriately. -Communication was slow. Took several hours to respond. Originally didn’t want to give me appropriate sheets. -pull our sofa bed also dirtyWould I stay here again?Probably not. This is the location I wanted to be based on my familiarity with Oahu. I’d look for someplace else in this general vicinity next time.

We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the cleanliness, bedding, and communication. Regarding the sheets, the replacement was delayed due to a delivery delay from our linen service provider. We also addressed the issue with our cleaner, who had mistakenly placed the incorrect size of sheets, and gave them a strict warning to prevent this from happening again. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with this during your stay, and we are sorry that it took longer than it should have to resolve the issue. We have reviewed your feedback with our team and will work to improve our cleaning inspection and communication processes. Thank you again for bringing these issues to our attention.

The location is an easy walk to the beach and dining. The views from the apartment were great. The communication with the owners was smooth.

The view is great. It is comfortable. Liked having a hot bath even though it is small. The kitchen was well equipped. It could use a new paint job and the seat covers on the bar chairs are quite stained. We like the ability to have fresh air in the condo. Would recommend if you have to stay in Waikiki.

Relaxing stay

The property was as advertised. It was comfortable and surprisingly quiet at night given the location. The folding beach chairs were much appreciated. The location is excellent: close to great restaurants on Kapahulu and attractions in Waikiki.

We would like to clarify that we were in direct communication with the guest and the guest acknowledged and accepted our resolution. The issues regarding the light bulbs and TV were addressed immediately, and all items were confirmed to be working properly thereafter. Regarding cleanliness, we issued a refund accordingly as part of our resolution. We always aim to ensure that the unit is fully inspected prior to check-in, including appliances, lighting, and overall condition. Location is the perfect spot, close to everything, from beaches, restaurants, convenient stores. The valley view was unbelievably wonderful. I enjoyed this place and I recommend this 36th floor condo to stay for family vacation.

IT WAS A GREAT STAY

This was our first time staying in Oahu and we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay than here. We got a gorgeous view of the mountains and the city, the place was clean and spacious. Staff members were more than welcoming to us. Highly recommended!!!!!

A great stay on Oahu

Visiting my son who lives in Kailua, this was the perfect spot to use as my home base. Close enough to the beach and shopping to walk, easy parking for the rental car I needed to spend time with my son, lovely pool and views, comfortable beds….my stay was a perfect mixture of being a tourist (island tour, Waikiki Beach, Diamond Head, Pearl Harbor, whale watching) and visiting my son! Would gladly stay here again!
