Top Level: Very open and spacious, with both ocean and sound facing decks with great views, very large kitchen w/ 2 breakfast bars. Custom kitchen includes Corrian counter tops and stainless steal appliances, dining room and separate area w/ breakfast table (seating for 15). Ships watch, Great room w/ TV/DVD home theater system, surround sound, powder room, Queen MBR w/ TV, Sound Deck and views and dual vanity.

Mid Level: King MBR w/ TV, ocean views and private deck, 2 Queen MBRs w/ decks, sound views & TV, MBR w/ 2 Twin Beds & a bunk bed, washer & dryer

Ground Level: Rec. Room w/flat screen TV w/surround sound, Wet Bar, Full Size Fridge, Bumper Pool and Arcade Game, sitting area, and full bath shared with Bonus Room/Den with TV. Ground level leads to pool area w/ 12'x20' concrete pool, hot tub, bar, gas grill, outdoor shower.

Cancellations: If, after your initial payment, you need to cancel your reservation, every attempt will be made to re-rent the property. All notices of cancellation must be in writing. If the property is re- rented at full price, you will receive a full refund of moneys paid, less a $150 cancellation fee, travel insurance premium (if purchased) and all applicable taxes. If the property is able to be re-rented, but at a discounted rate from what was paid, you will be refunded your rental payment, less the difference in the rental rate and the $150 cancellation fee. If the property is not able to be re-rented, you will forfeit all moneys paid to this reservation.

Great location and lots of space

We rented this house to spend thanksgiving with family. We had plenty of room for all of us. The house is overall in good shape. We’d stay again.

Nice location

Large property, well maintained. Ample decks for moving with the wind and sun. Good sunrise and sunset views. Leslie’s property rentals are a pleasure to deal with.

Great house and awesome location

We enjoyed our stay. We will definitely recommend this property. The house had plenty of room for our large family. We were pleased we could take our dog, as well. Overall I would totally stay here again . Great place and good people to communicate with.

Vacation Vibe in comfort

Our family enjoyed every part of this home. Spacious, well maintained and equipped with everything we needed. It is conveniently located and perfect for our family. We spent the day exploring Nags head and neighboring towns, playing at the beach and enjoying our favorite food. The pool and hot tub were great for days when we were sticking close to home. We all agreed that it was hard to leave and that we would definitely be back again.

Perfect for families with furbabies!

My family had a great experience at this home. The location was great. It’s not always easy finding a reasonable pet-friendly rental and this one fit our needs perfectly. The house is exactly as described.

Great Independence day Beach week

Had a great time with family at this house over the 4th of July week. The teens and young adults loved having the lower level to hang out in while us older folk really enjoyed the upper level with its wonderful views of the sound and ocean. Very easy beach access! Another thing to note is we were able to clearly watch the Manteo firewoks from the rear upper deck and the Nags Head display from the fron upper deck. Everyone loved this place and we would return.

Clean but needs updated

The house was clean, close to the beach and shopping but lacked kitchen supplies. Pool was kinda small. Pet friendly but not really as yard not fenced in.

Pebble Beach

One of our son’s family could not attend our annual family beach week so we looked for a home with only 6 bedrooms. This home has a large porch on the the 3rd floor with views of the ocean. Also a large kitchen and plenty of seating for large groups. Just across the road and a short walk to a very nice beach. Nice game room on the 1st floor. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect space for 7 acults and 2 under the age of 2. Great location. Decks are in need of some repairs. But the views were stunning. Pool area needs more lighting at night. Rooms were large. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. There was a pack n play and one baby gate. I would definitely add a high chair. The beach access was a 5 minutes walk. We had so much fun hanging out in the rec room and playing bumper pool and arcade games. We would definitely love to come back!

Great house

House was perfect for our vacation. Close to the beach. Our dog had a great time and plenty of green space for going potty. Elevator was awesome with loading and unload items. Wish the pool had more chairs to sun in. The pavers by the hot tub need fixed. Someone will trip or hurt their ankle.

Thanksgiving in the OBX

House was nice and in a good location however could stand to have some updates. Kitchen is not well equipped for a house with 6 bedrooms, didn’t even have a working can opener. Some furniture is in need of replacement and the decks need repair!

Great Week!

We had a wonderful week in OBX! The house was very clean, spacious and organized. Plenty of space for 10 of us - (6 adults, 4 children and 2 small dogs). Lots of space to spread out, washer and dryer in house which was very convenient. Pool and jacuzzi was also very nice. Both very clean. Short 3 minute walk to the beach. You do have to walk up stairs and a slight hill to get to the beach - keep in mind when bringing a wagon - which thankfully my husband was able to beast up the hill - would have been a challenge to do on my own. This house is located close to many restaurants, ice cream shops and gift shops all within walking distance! Awesome spot, great stay!!

Nice stay

The rental process was easy. The house was decently clean. My bed in particular has a "urine smell" when I went to lay down at night, pulled up the sheets and was a large stain on the mattress. The rental company was very nice and came and cleaned it right when we complained. The pool is a lot smaller than it looked in the pictures, should've read the dimensions. Overall it was a nice house and we had a great vacation

the house was not in the best shape outside

the pool deck was cracked and uneven, the pool was dirty on the bottom and sides, all the house decking was run down and the outside yard had lots of trash around it loved location and management and floor plan and inside nice but the advertised NEW furniture upstairs was NOT accurate. the sofa slip covers were very used

Great location but some issues

Great location and views Good check in Responsive management to pan issue but then no calls during the week to see if everything was ok. Bad internet connections Master shower was not cleaned prior to arrival and we had to do that. Very nice game room and lower level to the pool. There was litter everywhere on the outside of the house prior to arrival that we took care of. Great room sofas in bad shape

Size of house perfect...1st floor smelled moldy

House was nice size. However when you initially walked in the house stunk like mildew and possible mold on the first floor. The house needs to be updated with flat screen TVs. One of the bathroom still smell like pee after the cleaning ladies. Otherwise everything in the house is in working order. I would not rent again because of the smell in the first floor. They need someone to come in and remediate that
