Well located in Kill Devil Hills. Loved the 4 bedrooms/4 baths and the kitchen and view were great! Would definitely stay again.

We felt very cottage cozy. The kitchen was well appointed, beds comfortable and the house very clean. The sand path to the beach was starting to get grown over but it was wonder being so close. Having the beach wagon and chairs were really nice to make our trek easier. We would rent this property again!

The view was fantastic. Kitchen and baths all updated. The pool table was a real plus for my granddaughter. 3 of the 4 bedrooms had own bath which was an even bigger plus. Kitchen well stocked with pots pans dishes utensils. The host was quick to respond to our communication. A very unique spot.

This is a great place, prime location, amazing views. Love the beach feel of the home. Owners have put in some really nice upgrades. We would stay here again.Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our group of 6. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and see. Within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Greg was an excellent host and was very prompt at responding with questions and had very helpful recommendations. We would 100% rent again!

Great location. Interesting how maximum use of space was done but still very spacious. Very clean. Lots of kitchen pots, pans, bags, etc., spice cabinet well stocked. Beach chairs and equipment. Outside deck furniture pretty uncomfortable. Can only see ocean from top floor. Not handicapped access able

Thank you for the review. I agree with the deck furniture and unfortunately due to the location, oceanfront, cushions become extremely salty and sandy. We do plan to replace multiple Deck chairs as they only last a few years under oceanfront conditions. The beach replenishing has not only improved beach but it also increased the Dune, creating 2nd floor view from main living room of incredible ocean view and sunrise..

This house was absolutely perfect. The location was amazing; it had all the amenities and was very clean. I couldn't have asked for a better house to get away to.

Thank you so much for the great review. My Son and I are finishing Deck improvements with safer stairs and rails. We increased the deck size by removing the landing and allowing for easy walk to sand dune. We also added new deck seats on the first and second floor. Next year we plan on rebuilding front porch with new Bahama shutters and more. God Bless

We had an amazing trip this spring break! The house is clean and was a good size for our family of 4 dog. The location on the beach can’t be beat! We went to the beach multiple times a day. So relaxing sitting on the porch. We made use of the hot tub when it was colder too. Everything was in good working order. It was quiet and relaxing!

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful time exploring Outer Banks! This was the perfect place to stay - close to everything, right on the beach, very comfortable for our group.

Perfect Beach House

Absolutely loved the vibe of this house. Perfect blend of rustic beach with modern updates to main living areas and bathrooms!! Plenty of outdoor seating and great central location.
