Excellent stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great house and location, private pool was wonderful. Enjoyed all the amenities.

Gorgeous home & views. Great accessibility.

The home was amazing. A short walk to the public beach access. Roomy and comfortable for our group of 12 people.

Great location, Plenty of space!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed “Just for you” with the perfect location to restaurants, shops and so close to the beach access. There was ample space in the home, and the kitchen was incredible. Having en suites in every bedroom was exceptional and the beds were so comfy - everyone slept so well! The hot tub was perfect for April! We would definitely stay again!!

Extraordinary Property

This is a huge four-story house that is ideal for a multi-generational vacation. The house provides convenient access to the beach, nearby shopping, fishing, and numerous restaurants. It is obvious that the owners have carefully devoted much time in providing the detailed amenities of their house. Thank you for providing our family with a great experience.

The house was spacious and well thought out for a large family gathering. Double refrigerators, sinks and diswashers was a plus for cooking. Would have liked more bath towels. Didnt end up bringing our dog, but there was a separate space for dogs on the property which was nice to see. Property did not smell like pets; very clean! Double shower in primary bathroom was a fun bonus; very resort like! Short walk to beach access. Lots of decks and places to hang out in the house - very spacious. Enjoyed the puzzles and collection of games in main living room. Great property!

Winter in S. Nags Head

In spite of cold, windy weather, we enjoyed our visit to Nags Head. The house is as adequately furnished and the kitchen is completely appointed. We loved the convenience of the elevator. However, the TV only got one channel clearly. The biggest issue were the carpets, which we appreciatedwere heavily stained, worn and wrinkled.

Fabulous Birthday getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay here! It is a beautiful property and we will definitely consider staying again! Our only small issue was that for a house that can have up to 12 guests, there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. There also was no hand soap at the kitchen sink/s and only one roll of paper towels. We ended up going to the store and getting toilet paper, paper towels, and hand soap. There also was only two towels per room, which meant we had to either wash/dry them after each use.

Great house, good location, ready to go Back!!

Loved the location and home!! The elevator came in tel handy for our “elderly golden retrievers” and us too! Kitchen well equipped, loved the hot tub, enjoyed the pool table but most of all the convenient short walk to beach and so many great spots close by! Wish it was warmer and later in the season to use the pool. What a great layout for family reunion, friends gathering, or more! Thankyou for sharing your home!!

Great house for large groups

We were 5 ladies(Friends). Each had their own room and bath. The house was well equipped - 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, plenty of dishes etc. it was convenient to beach access and Jeanette,s pier as well as restaurants, Manteo and other attractions. Being early in season the pool wasn’t available but the hot tub was. We would return again.

Nags Head

Location was great and size or property was good. . My only minor complaints were cleanliness of the showers but it may have just been hard water deposits and extra TP would have been appreciated. My real issues was that someone came to service the AC and we weren’t informed this was going to occur until after the person was there and we let him in. The property manager then called and said we could ask him to leave but this would have been awkward after we had already let him in. He was there for several hours.

Okay stay

Overall the property was nice & at a good location. Although when we arrived, it wasn’t the cleanest. There was dirty dishes in the cabinets & the main master comforter smelled like urine. It seemed it hadn’t been kept up with in awhile, or just not cleaned properly. This house is through an Outer Banks house rental company & not through a person on VRBO. So, that made booking a little complicated. As we were checking out & loading up the car the code to get into the house stopped working. This was very annoying as we were going in & out of the house to load the car up. So, we had to prop the door open or someone had to stay inside to let us back in.
