Our wonderfully decorated condominium is perfectly located to enjoy all the summer and winter activities that Summit County has to offer.

The amazing Colorado Trail runs by this condo – fantastic hiking, mountain biking and snowshoeing are literally just outside your door!!

This ideal mountain retreat is situated just four miles north of downtown Breckenridge. Not only are you a few minutes away from the ski resort of Breckenridge but also the ski slopes of Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain are all under 20 minutes away.

Vail and Beaver Creek are just 30 minutes down the road. All within easy reach!

Free Summit Stage bus just 10 minutes walk away.

Enjoyed!

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The place was very clean, location was perfect as I mostly came here to cross country ski! Check in was very easy and communication was never a problem! The house is stocked with anything you might need! I hope to return again next winter!

Great location and excellent accommodations

It was a simple process to rent and our stay was wonderful. The unit is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The host was always responsive to our questions. The location is excellent for access to Keystone and Breckenridge skiing.

Location is good for those looking to be away from the city centers of Breckenridge or Frisco - but easy trip to both. Neighborhood is very nice - access to trail right behind and some nice lakes and easy to walk around, bike trail is not too far away. Some of the light bulbs were out in some key places (Garage)... and garage floor had tons of dirt. Not the end of the world, but would be nice to not have to hunt around for light bulbs or clean shoes each time to avoid tracking dirt into the property. The owner was super nice & responsive - communicated very timely leading up to our arrival with good info and was flexible when our 1st trip had to be slightly rescheduled.

Fantastic Experience

So glad I found this place. It was perfect!! The community is so friendly. Communication with owner was great. Very clean and the beds were super comfy. So many hiking trails around. We even saw a moose within the first 10 minutes of being there. If I make it back out to Breckenridge I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in quiet neighborhood!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was quiet which helped it be even more relaxing and is a very quick and easy drive to Breckenridge. The pictures didn't do the place justice and we loved every minute we were there. We'll definitely be back and had a great experience! Thank you!

Neat and clean. Great location about 4 miles outside of Breckenridge. Hike the Colorado trail from condo. Parking is right at unit, convenient. Good kitchen appliances and supplies. Quiet.

Great Location

Enjoyed our stay. Located between downtown Breckenridge and Frisco, it is the perfect getaway spot. Property has a one car garage suitable for storing bikes, etc. This was handy.

The condo was perfect for us. The hot tub was one building over which is nice. The condo had prefect amount of space. The location is great close to Frisco and Breck. Will stay again.

Great, convenient condo near Breckenridge and Frisco

We stayed in this really comfortable condo for 4 days. It is ideally located between Breckenridge and Frisco and allowed us the option to ski at Breckenridge, which is about 5 minutes away or Copper, which is about 15 minutes away. The condo itself was clean and warm and had a garage which was great because it was snowing quite a bit and we didn't have to wake up and scrape our windshields or shovel snow off our car. The condo had comfortable beds and a great gas fireplace and the on site community hot tub was near by. It was also a great value compared to other properties in the area. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Great place

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children aging 12-17) recently stayed in this condo for a week and had a wonderful experience. Enough room for all of us to be comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having an in unit washer/dryer. Lots of extra blankets, pillows and towels too. Whole facility was very quiet. The only issues were that the garage is definitely not large for most mid-size vehicles. This wasn't a problem, as there was ample space in the parking lot - however - we had great weather. I could see during a big winter storm why you would likely want a vehicle out of the elements. It wouldn't prevent us from booking here again, but something people may want to make note of. This also is not on the Summit County bus line. It would be a long walk and definitely difficult with ski equipment. We were aware of this when we booked the unit, so no complaints on our end. Kathryn was wonderful to work with as well. =)

Great location and amenities

Stayed here for a week with my wife, daughter and her friend. Condo had everything we needed and is close to everything! Kathryn is a pleasure to work with and when the shower stopped working correctly it was fixed before we came back from our afternoon fun. Highly recommended and would certainly stay here again. Nice, cozy condo

Overall this condo was exactly what we needed for our group (two couples). We had a few minor issues, but Kathryn our host was very responsive. Unfortunately we did go out of our way to pay extra for a two bathroom condo and the hot water in the master, much nicer larger shower, did not work. Kathryn was very responsive and tried to troubleshoot, however we were still unable to get the hot water working. Otherwise this was a good location and good place to stay - kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Short drive to Breck (but you MUST drive - uber was $25 each way to go out).

Warm, Well-Kept Condo Near Breckenridge

Nice two bedroom, two bath condo with a free shuttle bus to the main Breckenridge gondola a short drive away. Here are the positive comments (only positive). - Owners (Kathryn and Paul) were quite friendly and kept in contact with us via phone and text, answering all our questions - Condo was in a very quiet building, very well insulated for warmth and sound - Nice gas fireplace - Floor electrical heating that worked well - Garage with remote door opener, so no snow removal of car was required. The garage was narrow but accommodated our Ford Escort compact SUV just fine. 4-wheel or AWD is a must in the mountains in Winter. Just don't rent a large SUV if you want to park in the garage - Spotless condo - Kichen well-equipped -Wifi is pretty solid - Plenty of linens, lotions, coffee , etc. Nice extra touch. Hint on taking the bus: Free bus service to the main ticketing office and gondola for the Breckenridge slopes (15 or 30 minutes apart, depending on peak times); however, you can't walk to the stop. No problem -- it's a short drive, but you have to park on the east side of Highway 9 (nearest the condo) and walk across a very hazardous motorway with your ski equipment to reach the bus shack for the inbound bus. The nearest bus stop to the condo is Rivett Road, but the crossing is very dangerous. Better to drive a little closer towards town, park near the corner of Tiger Road and Hwy 9, and use the signal light to cross the highway. The return bus then drops you off on the opposite safe side of the highway near your car parked along Tiger Road.

Nice Condo With A Couple Issues

The condo was nice, cozy, comfortable and in a good location. However, the sliding glass door was broken and did not close all the way so we had to sleep with the fireplace on to keep it warm. We tried 3 nights in a row to find the hot tub, maybe it has been moved since the welcome instructions were typed up, so that was a little disappointing. The owner seemed fairly responsive to any questions that we had, which was nice to know that they were available if needed. One concern was once we left the condo (removed the trash, left the sheets to be washed, ran the dishwasher and cleaned up after ourselves) I got a disturbing email stating that the cleaning crew thought that we had broken the door, which was already broken when we arrived and that we had a dog in the condo that does not allow pets. To clarify: I do have 2 dogs, which were at home in Michigan with a sitter.while we were away. Needless to say, it was a little alarming and confusing as to why they would have thought a dog was with us during our stay. This issue has since been resolved, but thought it might be helpful to share as assumptions are not always true.

SKI TRIP

Condo clean, kitchen stocked (cooking utensil's) for those who want to prepare meals. Internet service good and condo has washer and dryer. Garage is small, so large SUV you will be parking outside, we rented a mid size SUV tight squeeze. If you need to take shuttle bus, you will have a hike to get to main road. We drove to free lot in town(on that note if you are going during spring break get in free lots early). You are not far from grocery store, restaurants, and fast food. Would say here again.

Well kept & clean. Great location.

Perfect amount of space for our family of 5. We loved the location, easy to get around by both car & bike with easy access to hiking paths too. Kids also loved the nearby stream.
