It was right in between Frisco and Breck meaning there was always something to do with a decent hiking trail nearby.

Great location for accessing local ski resorts! Host was very responsive during the stay. House had all necessities covered. We did a lot of cooking ourselves and while the kitchen was small, we were able to make it work. Great spot for people looking for a place to stay after a day on the mountain. Hard to beat for the price!

There were several issues when checking in. The sliding glass door to sunroom was almost impossible to open. The back door to the deck stuck and wasn't able to close and lock it properly. Codes were incorrect for clubhouse. Had to reset breaker as TV didn't work in the outlet it was plugged into. Water wasn't hot when we first got there but once there for a while we figured out how to get the water warm. There was some miscommunication between the VRBO website and other communications with the host which did contribute to some of the previous issues that wasn't the host or VRBO issues but were mine.We did enjoy the stay after we got the issues resolved but the place needs some basic maintenance i.e. trees from deck need trimmed back .

Someone had turned the hot water switch off. We noticed after you left, had you called or texted, it would have been an easy fix.

Great Getaway

Really enjoyed my stay. The activity center is great and we went to the hot tub frequently. Awesome accommodation for dogs as well.

Comfy ski trip stay

Really enjoyed Kim's place for our family ski trip. Had all amenities we needed, was very clean and comfortable, and in a great location between Breckenridge and Frisco. Hope to stay here again!

Great Stay

Had a little trouble checking in but the host was very responsive! The chalet was cozy and in a very safe-feeling area with great dog-walking areas, an awesome hiking trail, and great access to Breckenridge. We would definitely stay again!

Central Heaven

Very cozy and incredibly well designed lodging that despite its small size is very comfortable and provides privacy with a sitting area, loft with two queen mattresses and a private bedroom. We will definitely be back!

Love this Chalet!

Cozy, warm and convenient! Only a few minutes from Breck made it a great ski trip! Owner was easy to reach and friendly to work with. Thank you for making our trip most enjoyable!

Short stay

We made it late to our Chalet because of car problems and immediately was sad that we didn’t get to stay longer. It was easy to access and find. The Chalet was cute, clean and comfortable. We are definitely coming back as soon as possible.

Rocky Mountain Escape

Property could use a little TLC -especially the outside patio. But I had everything I needed. Loved the large TV & comfy chair & couch in the living area! The resort is fabulous & people were friendly & helpful.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The host was initially easy to communicate with, but once the trouble started she disappeared. 20 degrees outside and NO HEAT. The owner would not reply, so I booked a different place to stay. The place is in a good location, but very run down and not well kept. Door held shut with duct tape, refrigerator leaks, wiring hazards in the bathroom. VRBO actually told me that "heat is not on the list of included amenities". Do yourself a favor and stay at a different place.

I replayed continuously. This traveler had problems before he found the place. He tried to get a refund before he entered the chalet. I knew there were going to be problems. He complained of no heat. We went up the next morning and everything was working fine. It all started when he tried to find my chalet in the activity center. I told him that was the pool area not the living area. He was difficult from the moment he entered through the gate. It was impossible to please this renter. Propane was filled to the top. There were 10 space heaters in the unit in case someone wasn’t warm enough. I answered every one of his calls or texts and did not disappear as he didn’t check in until late and left the next morning.
