Beautiful home, well equipped, comfortable beds, beautifully landscaping, multiple little patios to relax on. Quiet, spacious, plenty of roo..Great balance of value and didn't have a 3 night minimum.

The location is excellent. The view from the upstairs bedroom, the front living room and the side patio is beautiful. The access to the beach is great. The walk to downtown was easy also. The kitchen is nice and updated. With 6 of our guests staying downstairs in the 3 bedrooms, it's a little challenging with only one bathroom downstairs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this property.

The location on lake CDA, walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown CDA was perfect for our stay. Beautiful views of the lake and a large park with children’s play area across the street. Home was clean and well appointed. Host responded to our 1 question promptly, check in and out was smooth. 5 star stay.

Nice big house, lots of room! The kitchen was well stocked (with some new non-stick pans). It's right across the street from the beach and city park (which is very clean!) Unfortunately the carousel is only open on the weekends once school is back in session. And we waited too long to book the sunset dinner cruise, it was sold out - on a weeknight after school started up! It's an easy walk to the resort and downtown. We walked back from the resort in the dark, 9 pm, and felt very safe going through the park. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and another livingroom are downstairs - it's hard to tell that from the pictures of the house. The stairway is split with a landing in the middle. Footsteps (creaking) from upstairs were heard downstairs. The downstairs shower is very small, but there's another full bathroom at the top of the stairs. We would stay again.

Wonderful spot

Location, location, location! We absolutely loved staying here. Home is right off the city beach, park, and a short walk to downtown for your morning coffee or dinner.

Beautiful location!

Our two family stayed in this home and we really enjoyed spending time at the beach, at the park and relaxing out front looking at the beautiful scenery.

The owners did not tell me they had a gardeners come do an extensive project on the day I was planning a family birthday party I had to cancel the party because the noise was so loud Very disappointed

Perfect Lakefront Home in CDA

Fourth time staying at the house because it is comfortable with a great location -- on the lake, on the park and walking distance to the CDA Resort and town. Fun in summer and winter! A great stay as always!!

This house is fantastic! Steps away from the beach and one of the best playgrounds we have ever been to. This house certainly is not short on amenities and space. Our only two issues and why I only gave 4 stars were the mattresses were past their prime and could use an updating. The other issue is when downstairs, you hear every footstep upstairs. Normally not an issue, but 3 of the 4 bedrooms are downstairs.

Great walkable location to enjoy Coeur D'Alene

This large and comfortable home is a great gathering place to enjoy the lakeside city of Coeur D'Alene, ID. We held a family reunion in the house and its location was an easy few blocks to downtown stores and restaurants, as well as parks, walking trails on Tubbs Hill, the marina and the city beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

Property is in a great location. Walk to everything! Back patio was wonderful and private. While the house is still located steps from the beach. Could not ask for a better stay.

Wonderful Location

The house was very nice and the kitchen was well appointed. The hot tub was a great addition. The location is perfect for enjoying the views and happenings around CdA!

Best Location

This home is cozy and comfortable. It felt like going to stay at Grandma's house. It was clean with comfortable beds. The location is perfect if you enjoy nature. We enjoyed walks on the beach as well as walks in the park. We look forward to staying in this home again.

Great location, great house

Father’s Day weekend in CDA. It slept everyone great, we needed 4 bedrooms. We cooked breakfast and grilled steaks and house provided everything we needed. Loved walking downtown. Great house to people watch from as you are right on the lake and the park. Definitely would stay here again.

Wonderful home on the lake!

We went to CDA to golf and hang out with family. We brought our dogs and the back yard was perfect for them. The house was walking distance to town and right next to a park. There was plenty of space and even a garage.

Best weekend ever!

Perfect location and wonderful home! We had a wonderful time. The story of the home was the best! We realized our Grandparents were great friends with the owner’s family and for sure attended cocktail parties there. Our Grandparents were Ed and Ellen Gallivan❤️
