We enjoyed staying at this property! It was spacious, comfortable, very clean and so well stocked with everything we needed. The views from the deck were gorgeous with the fall colors ablaze. Great location, great communication from the host!

Very nice place. The river view is just stunning, particularly at sunrise. The building is in a convenient location to most everything in CDA.

Everything was excellent. The views, the accommodations, fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful deck. There are two active restaurants down below sometimes could be noisy for a quiet getaway but it was okay

It was a beautifully well maintained place. It was spacious and well lit. Very comfortable for four adults. Excellent location for biking hiking and enjoying the lake. Could walk to several restaurants. Enjoyed walking the boardwalk. Highly recommend

The condo was beautiful! It had everything that you needed and more! The view was picture perfect. —- if any critiques, it would be helpful to have directions as to where the garbage Shute was, as I walked around for 10 minutes trying to find it. Also, a small vacuum such as a mini shark vacuum. Lighting in the second bathroom was dim.)Really though, we loved the place! Hope to come back!Thank you William for such a lovely stay!Johanna S.

Property is great with beautiful view off the balcony. Only drawback is that there is no comfortable seating on the very large balcony. Also for the complex as a whole, no dockside seating available.

Decor and layout of rooms were fantastic. Spices and condiments were provided. Easy access to restaurants and attractions. The view is unparalleled. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This is the third time we have stayed in this building and love the location. We walk to Couer d’Alene and restaurants. William was fabulous and very accommodating and we will stay here again.

River view, close to centennial trail, boardwalk along the river, restaurants, shops, downtown. The condo was comfortable and the deck was awesome to watch the activities going on in the river.
