PLEASE NOTE: The concrete driveway is being replaced and if you book you will not be able to park inside the garage or in the driveway between July 20 to July 30, 2026.

We have secured driveway parking in another unit that is close by and there is also convenient guest parking that should be available.

You can walk on the driveway and enter into the garages on foot 24 hours after the initial pour, but it cannot be driven on for 7 to 10 days.

This property is the best we stayed in. Communication was great, property had everything you would need (kitchen, directions/notes to assist with stay, great restaurants/coffee to walk to and the best part was the trail along the river a few minutes away. Jim and his team are great hosts. We also enjoyed all the artwork around the property!

We loved our visit in this exceptional townhouse. Our grandchildren loved exploring each level and discovering bedroom after bedroom! Everyone in our party of seven had a comfortable place to sleep and unwind. The hosts were so thoughtful and provided everything a traveler could need. The house was absolutely spotless!! The kitchen was very well stocked. There were plenty of games for the kids to play. The temperatures were in the 90s and 100s when we visited SLC, so people didn't spend a lot of time in the hot tub, but it is a nice option for other weather. It's in a good location to quickly get on the freeway to downtown and the airport. The community is very quiet and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again next time we're in town.

Wonderful home and great location! We love our stay here. There is a lot of stairs in this place so be prepared to use them. Well stocked and rooms had luggage racks. Very quit neighborhood and so close to some great restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

One of the most well equipped and clean vacation rentals we have experienced. Location to hiking, restaurants and highways is super convenient. Highly recommend!

Stunning property! Comfortable beds, great furniture, exceptional kitchen. Fantastic hot top! Rooms are spaced out so everyone has some privacy. Restaurants in walking distance. I would recommend this property to everyone! We plan to book it whenever we’re back in town to visit family. Best Vrbo we ever booked!

Fabulous home close to Big and Small Cottonwood Canyon

In town for a wedding and stayed at this beautiful property. It was extremely clean and has everything you need. Loved the location and surrounding area. Would definitely stay here again.

The house, location and property manager were all fabulous! The kitchen has everything you need and more. The house is spacious and clean and close to food and adventures! We were here during the summer and it was convenient to hiking, eating and parks. It would be a perfect place to stay and ski in the winter. We hope to be back to stay there for our next ski trip!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious and had more than just the necessities. We absolutely loved our stay and had everything we needed. It was walkable to a few wonderful restaurants and a couple of trails that we really enjoyed. It was a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Check in and check out could not have been easier. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

The condo & location was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. One word of caution though that was not listed. There are several flights of stairs & the loft is accessed by a tall ladder .

Perfect property, perfect location

We loved our stay and fully enjoyed the house. The kitchen was stocked, the beds comfortable, the bathrooms very clean with soft towels, and the fireplace was heavenly. We skied Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, and Sundance and found all to be an easy commute. We would definitely rent here again.

Tip notch ski vacation

Jim’s house was beautiful and fully equipped. We got great directions and useful neighborhood information. It was a perfect ski retreat We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Place for a Family Gathering

Our family stayed here for Thanksgiving and the weekend after, and could not have been any happier to pick this Vrbo for our time in the Salt Lake City area. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved everything about this place, from the hot tub to the great bedrooms and large family room just below the kitchen and dining area. It is close to Big Cottonwood Canyon where we went for some great hikes and runs. We would love to come back here again sometime!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. All of the finishes are nice and the high ceilings creates more space in the common areas and in the master bedroom. There is some very nice photography as well that is a great touch. Overall the instructions were very clear for accessing and staying at the property.

Utah has the best skiing/snowboarding and is the friendliest state. Come enjoy any season at our comfortable and luxurious home. Summer is great for hiking and outdoor activities.

I chose to buy this property because of it is ideally located for skiing both Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons. It is also high enough on the bench so that the Salt Lake City winter inversions are below us. The condo community is wonderful - clean, tidy, quiet, close to everything, great views - you won't be disappointed!
