Stylish home in Miami Gardens just walking distance from the Hard Rock Stadium, and centrally located from everything that South Florida has to offer. Home has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a game room that leads outside to a spacious screened in patio and huge back yard. Huge driveway fits up to 4 cars, with remote controlled gate for security.

Great place to stay for any event at the Hard Rock Stadium. James was a great host, communication was excellent, the house was beautifully clean, the beds comfortable and we couldn’t have asked for more.

All-in-one package

Host was very communicative and accommodating. Made the check in and check out process easy. Made sure to check in that everything was going okay. There was coffee ready to go, water in the fridge, and snacks easily available. When I travel back to Miami, will definitely be returning to this home, thank you.

Trip to Miami area

The host had spent a lot of time on making the house inviting and comfortable. We were in the area on business and had a long day of travel and meetings. He allowed us to check in as soon as we made it to the property although it was a little early. The area was quiet considering a "big city". We would definitely stay again if the property were available, and we were in the area on business.

Orange Bowl

We wanted a place close to the Orange Bowl and this place was perfect! We were able to walk to the stadium and back. House was extremely clean and well appointed. Would stay here again.

The house was exactly like the pictures. The hosts were great. This house is very walkable to the hard rock stadium. If we are to ever go to an event at the stadium we will gladly stay there again.

Wonderful!

This house is beautiful in photos and even better in person. James is an amazing host and could literally do nothing better. The house was so clean to the point that when walking around barefoot, our feet were still clean and the blankets that were in the closet were very clearly just washed. It’s the details like these that make this VRBO really stand out. James also had some waters, sodas, and an assortment of individually packaged snacks available at the house for guests. This was definitely top tier. To top it all off, it was a very easy walk from the stadium to the house, which was a big plus to not have to pay for parking and not have to wait in traffic at the end of the night. If anything brings me back to Miami again I will not hesitate to book here again. Thanks for everything James!

Convenience and luxury all in one

We were looking for a place to stay that was in walking distance to the hard rock stadium while also providing us with comfortable, roomie accommodations. This house checked all the boxes. We were able to walk to the stadium very quickly and easily. The house was very well appointed. I am a stickler for cleanliness and I would give this house 5+ stars! The host was fantastic! So thoughtful and very communicative. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful property

Highly recommend staying in this beautiful house. Immaculately clean and beautifully furnished. Ideal if you have an event at the Hard Rock Stadium. My husbands and sons loved playing PAC Man too.

Girls tennis trip

Place was wonderful, fresh and clean! Close to everything and we enjoyed every minutes! Perfect location for tennis at Hard Rock Stadium! I would book there again! Thank you!

Comfortable stay near Hard Rock Stadium

Our family of five (2 adults and 3 teens) stayed at this property for two nights post-return from cruise into Miami. The amount of space (3 BRs and 2 BA), things to do (fun game room), and convenience to the stadium and to places to eat were exactly what we needed. There’s a Walmart close by for other things we needed when we wanted to make food at the house. We were able to get some laundry done with the full size washer and dryer. For our event at Hard Rock Stadium, we ended up walking over. Super easy! Communication with James was very easy, professional, and responsive. Place was clean and exactly as portrayed in the pictures. Wish we had longer time and warmer weather to take advantage of the lovely backyard patio space. House is in an older neighborhood. Parking is secure (gated on the driveway.) Would stay here again!

Great weekend Dolphins game

Our host James was great. Well stocked house had all the amenities enjoyed Pac-Man. great stay. Very accommodating check-in early left a little later. Very grateful for all James did.

Amazing

This spot is amazing the pictures online is awesome but in person it’s breathtaking. From the refreshing smell to the spotless cleanliness of the house. If you are looking for a place away from home I recommend this spot. Remember you pay for quality and this is definitely worth every penny. Oh let me not forget the host super freaking cool and understanding. I totally understand why no party’s should be held at this place it’s to nice. Everyone book this place when you come to Miami

Great location for HardRock Stadium

This is very walkable mile from HardRock Stadium. The home is as pictured and newly renovated. Communication with owner was very prompt and polite. Highly recommend. . .

Perfect friends getaway

We had a great stay. Went to see a concert at Hard Rock Stadium and the house and location couldn’t have been better. James was amazing. He greeted us on our first day and was available at any time if we needed anything which we didn’t as the house had everything we needed. Aventura Mall is a 15 minute Uber. Great location and great house. Cannot recommend this place or James the owner enough and we are admittedly quite fussy! No complaints and no regrets. Thanks again to James and his lovely wife for your kindness and care. We will be back for our next girls concert/shopping trip!

Amazing location and fantastic property manager

This was my first in Miami for a big event, finding and booking this property was easy to find. It was accessible to the venue. The property itself was top notch with the decor and finishes. The property manger was very awesome to communicate with always quick to respond. Just a great experience, will definitely be using him again!!!

Very nice, new, well appointed

We enjoyed coming "home" after a very tiring day. The games were an added fun diversion. We felt safe and the place had everything we needed. The host met us personally and was easy to work with.

Absolutely wonderful!!

From the very beginning communications with the owner was amazing. Then the house was GORGEOUS! Everything was super clean, well stocked and even fluffy towels 😁 If you want somewhere to stay close to the Hard Rock Stadium, this is the place.

Pristine property minutes from Hard Rock Stadium

If you've rented houses before you're not completely surprised when the pictures don't match the property perfectly. However this is one of the first places I've rented where the pictures match the property exactly. Both the inside and outside of the property are done very well. The owner was there to complete the check-in process which was a nice personal touch. He followed up during our stay to make sure everything was perfect which was nice. The property is only 3 minutes away from the Hard Rock Stadium. You could walk if you really wanted to. While it didn't look like the nicest neighborhood all was very quiet during out stay. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Plumbing Issues

There were issues with the toilet flushing and backing up into the shower in one bathroom. The shower also leaked. The other bathroom shower maintained an inch of water throughout the entire shower. The refrigerator was not cleaned on the inside and outside. There was sand on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The host was notified immediately of these issues. He was very responsive. He was willing to send someone over to check it out, but the issue with the toilet seemed to resolve itself. Unfortunately, the next morning it was worse. We were there for only two nights. It created a major disruption to our weekend. The host was very apologetic, but never offered any compensation. We hope he can resolve the plumbing issues before their next guests.

Great game day location!

The house has been updated recently. Very clean. Lots of extras with foosball and video games. Everything you need for a game day weekend. Hard Rock Stadium is a short, pleasant walk away through the tailgate area. Owner is a great communicator and answered all questions promptly. Highly recommend for your game day stay.
