We look at this unit as a gift that we have been given and would like to share it with you!

Hidden Dunes is a private gulf-front resort that sits on 27 beautiful acres. Come enjoy the beautiful “Emerald Coast” and sugar white beaches for a relaxing vacation. While on site feel free to enjoy one of three pools and hot tubs, basketball, exercise room, walking paths or one of the six rubico tennis courts.

If shopping, great food or entertainment is what you are looking for then you will find it all within a short distance of Hidden Dunes. Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Destin Commons are two of the top shopping venues in the area. Also close by is Sandestin’s Baytown Village where you will find great food and night life. If adventure is what you are looking for you may want to take advantage of one of the jet ski & parasail rentals available in town or book a deep sea fishing trip after you enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park.

Excellent location

Condo was clean & well stocked. Owner provided chairs for the beach, kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils.The owner responded quickly with any questions we had.Beautiful unit, we loved the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom option.

Spring Break with just us 3.

Loved the balcony for coffee in the morning overlooking the beautiful white sand and blue water listening to the soothing sounds of the waves. The condo was very nice and had everything we wanted. We probably didn’t need the 3rd bedroom, since our friends couldn’t make it, so the back bedroom was not used. Very fast elevators were a plus, pool and hot tub were also great.

Clean and beautiful, great beach access

This condo was beautiful and very clean. The host was very nice and we all enjoyed our rooms and the beds were very comfortable. Access to the beach was great!

Beautiful Condo

My family stayed at the condo in July and could not have been happier! The owner was so gracious, the condo was amazingly stocked with everything you could possibly need or want for a beach vacation. I would highly recommend this condo and we can't wait to go back!!

Happy we stayed.

The condo was absolutely beautiful. We all had a wonderful time. The water and beach was so nice and clean. We plan on doing more rentals. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Property and owner

The owner was great throughout the stay. She was prompt on communication and assisting with getting us connected with the beach company (White Diamond which was also great service). The place had everything we needed including beach stiff for the kids. Condo pool was heated which also helped since the weather didn’t cooperate a couple of days. Of all the places we’ve stayed, this is at the top of the list to repeat at some point.

We had a wonderful time on our spring break vacation because of our spectacular view and accomodations from the condo we rented. Being right on the gulf was convenient for our children to play on the beach and in the water. We would love to rent the same home next year since it was perfect for the 6 of us. The white sand and clear blue water was beautiful especially when the dolphins swam along the shoreline daily.

Beautiful condo very comfortable!

This condo was amazing! The view of the beach was beautiful. Close to elevators, not a far distance at all to beach, very clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable as well as living room furniture. Kitchen table was almost too big for space but fit all six of us comfortably. Only issue in middle bathroom was tub draining very slow and toilet not flushing well in middle bathroom. Plus toaster only toasted on one side. Needs to be replaced. Other than those few issues, we will definitely consider returning and highly recommend this condo!

Great condo

The condo was perfect - great layout for our family (5 adults and 2 kids) and everything we needed was there. Owner was unresponsive to a question before we arrived, which I sent both via the app and email. It ended up not being an issue but a response would have been appreciated. No other communication was needed. Our only complaint was with the property, not the specific condo. The company used to rent beach chairs and umbrellas takes over the majority of the beach, leaving little room and lots of rules for those who have their own chairs and do not want to pay extra when already paying for a beach vacation.

Great Location/Facilities/Beach Access

Probably the fourth or fifth time staying at Cynthia's place. Hope to be back again! Had four of my kids with me (widowed dad). I took the main bedroom, daughter in the queen, two more in the double beds, and a son on the couch. Worked great. Lots of extras in the kitchen, griddle for French toast, mixer, blender - great for those planning on cooking. We always get this condo and then spend time with a much larger group that stays in a 360 Blue place on Beach Drive - short walk across the sand to get to their place (which sleeps 30+). With beach chairs at Hidden Dunes, we can go have fun with the large group but then escape to our own place. Works like a charm! Thank you Cynthia! Especially thank you for answering my texts during the check-in process - all went well. So pleasant to speak to you and hope your family enjoyed NOLA!

Awesome, but …

The only complaint we had about our stay was the parking. We had a party of 7 for a fishing trip. There was only parking for two vehicles. We had to park two (of our four) vehicles unattended in a shopping center parking lot 1.8 miles down the road. I do not understand how 2 or 3 BR rental places can advertise “Sleeps 8-10” or more, yet only provide parking for two vehicles? In addition, not everyone in a party can leave or return on the same days so they must bring additional vehicles. The security guards at Hidden Dunes were very unyielding and unprofessional on top of it. The condo and beach access was very very nice, but you won’t be seeing us again at Hidden Dunes due to the parking. The spaces were EXTREMELY tight, even for a mid-sized vehicle. Sorry to be so negative but parking is extremely important, unless it’s only two to four people in the party!!!

Well maintained property

We had our immediate family vacation at this property, and it was perfect for us! The property is well appointed and very clean. The owner was friendly and communicated promptly when needed. A definite must if you want to enjoy the beach!

Dream Condo

Our group has been staying in Gulf condos for 20+ years. This is by far the best equipped condo we've ever had, and the owner was amazing! Worth every penny!

Wonderful visit fir 3 generations!

The property is lovely and the 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms made it very comfortable. The direct view of the Gulf was spectacular. The building is well maintained. Our family loved the Tennis Program at Hidden Dunes. Cynthia was a great host!

Beautiful condo and amazing views

This condo was very clean and well stocked. The decor is beautiful! The balcony is large and the views are amazing! Our only issues were that the master bathroom tub and ice maker were not functional and there was no ice maker on the property. Cynthia was great in responding to any questions that we had and very kind and helpful.

Relax and enjoy

This condo had everything you need. Spacious and well stocked. It was very clean and well taken care of. The balcony views are incredible. Cynthia was a very accommodating host and Hidden Dunes is a very nice resort .

Occasionally over the years we have looked at other places on the coast but we have always chosen to remain at Hidden Dunes for several reasons. There is no land near us that can be developed. There are residential neighborhoods on both sides of us - so the beach never has 20 rows of chairs as we have seen in other places. Also, there is no public access to the beach . You can stay on the property, cookout, play tennis or swim at one of three pools. Or if you’re looking for unique places to eat you have a incredible variety of restaurants to choose from along with great shopping and night life.
