Lee's Pointe has been in our family for three generations and was recently updated (new flooring, interior paint, and furnishings). The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 common spaces, a game room and garage. It is surrounded by a large fenced in yard with amazing views of Silver Lake. Main living space on 2nd floor with views of lake.

Location! Location! Location! The house is walking distance to the beach and boardwalk as well as Rehoboth Avenue with all of the stores and restaurants. There is a park nearby as well as a new elementary school with playgrounds, tennis/pickleball and basketball courts. We also have a basketball hoop that can be pulled out in front of the house.

Small dogs are okay. Please remember to add a pet fee to your reservation.

Great House by the Lake

The house was great for our New Year's stay. Great views of the lake, yard for the dog, and kids loved the ping-pong table!

Wonderful, peaceful November vacation

What a fantastic November get away with our dogs! We absolutely loved the views from every room. The beach and downtown were within walking distance. Waking up to the view of Silver Lake during the fall season was beautiful. The dogs also enjoyed the beach and shopping off season. The owner always answered our questions immediately. We would definitely rent this property again. It was perfect!

Lovely house and location!

An enjoyable vacation in a well kept house in a lovely setting. It’s a 3 block walk to boardwalk and an easy walk to downtown restaurants.

This was the perfect place for our kids and pup- great fenced yard, amazing neighborhood ( close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants) I would highly recommend this beautiful home !

Lake house in town

Ah Rehoboth!

We have been to Rehoboth many times over the years. This location and house worked out perfectly. We found lots of room, great lake views, met our needs with a 2 year old and dog. Kitchen and bathrooms came fully equipped. Owners contacted us after we arrived to make sure all was fine. We felt very secure and at home. I would recomend this house to eveyone who want to get away and relax. It was very convenient to restaurants and the beach. We walked everywhere.

Great Location

This was our second year staying at the house and we had a great time. he location is great and the house feels very private while still being just a close walk to the beach. Ted and Emily were very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We would definitely stay again next time we're in Rehoboth.

2 stars: 1 for location, 1 for the owners

Location cannot be beat. Communication with the owners about the numerous issues was excellent - they sent us a GC for pizza as an apology, offered to have cleaners return, sent someone to fix a busted screen, and came over to assess security issue. This unfortunately didn't remedy the many problems. Layers of dead bugs and cobwebs, crumbs/hair/dirty tissues/toys in the beds, stains on every soft surface, mysterious urine smell in living space, ants/spiders/millipedes, blood smeared on a door, grease on every kitchen item, moldy coffee grounds in coffee maker, stained/smelly pillows and blankets, moldy showers, holes in drywall, dripping bathroom vents, dirty diaper draped over outdoor shower. I could continue, but I think you get the picture. We walked in with four kids who had been in the car for over six hours. The offer to have cleaners return was wonderful, but there was no way the kids could go anywhere. We resolved to clean what was necessary - buying cleaning supplies and a broom (the broom they supplied was so old it was curved and unusable, and the vacuum was an old Eureka that didn't work). We felt gross being there - which is the last thing you want to feel on vacation. We felt misled as well - the listing, when booked & up until I addressed it with the owner, stated one of the rooms contained two twins & twin bunks. There were no bunks & my kid had to sleep on a mattress on the floor (where I killed multiple millipedes). Overall, we were disappointed.

Great location and great spot!

We always love our stay here! It is perfect for families and the views are spectacular. We like that it is not right on the beach as it gives you privacy, but it is close enough to walk or drive up!

Treasured Family Memories Made

What a beautiful place! The home was perfect for our family week at the shore. It was well stocked with everything we needed...bikes, beach equipment, kitchen supplies, outdoor games, toys for our grandson, and even parking passes to use in town! Location was ideal with playground and beach access within walking distance. Hosts were friendly and very responsive. We are looking forward to returning next year. :)

Wonderful week!

We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful, well-equipped house. Emily and Ted were wonderful when we had one issue (of our own making), quick to respond and very kind. Everywhere we wanted to go was so easy to access, but our favorite place was sitting on the porch, relaxing by the lake. We hope to make this our new annual trip!

The Best

My family consists of 4 couples. Some of us like the sun more than others in the group. This lake house suits everyone! When the sun worshipers go to the beach some of the others stay behind and enjoy the decks, the shade, the wildlife, a book, or sports on tv. The kitchen and living areas and deck are very open to each other making breakfast and mealtimes a lot of fun. When we go out for lunch or dinner there are too many options within walking distance to ever try them all. This year, we celebrated my partner’s retirement by booking a Biergarten tour through Delaware Discovery Tours for just the eight of us. 100% would recommend looking into their website if you’re looking for adventure for your group from wine tours to fishing excursions. We had an absolute blast all week and can’t wait for next year. This was our second straight year at Lee’s Pointe and next summer is already booked for our return. Owners are super nice and responsive. Though they don’t live nearby, they did send a guy over to check out why we weren’t getting hot water to the outdoor shower when I emailed to ask about it. (Just a fuse-easy fix!). The house is more than well-equipped in the kitchen and provides the use of bicycles, beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. just can’t say enough good things about Lee’s Pointe. Thank you,Ted and Emily!

Silver Lake star

My family and I completely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home on Silver Lake. The house was very clean and well appointed. It was a very quiet neighborhood and the scenery from the wrap around deck was stunning. Ted and Emily were great hosts. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay at this lovely home again.

Wonderful family beach house

Great house! Wonderful and responsive host! A few blocks to beach or center of town with shops & restaurants. Less than 15 min walk to Funland games/rides. House well stocked with kitchen needs & plenty of games for all ages. Wrap around deck and large yard, too! Highly Recommend

Lake and shore

Husband, son, dog and I enjoyed a wonderful stay. The house has every amenity and a beautiful lake view. Short and lovely walk to the beach and to town along the boardwalk. Highly recommend.

Perfect Spot in Rehoboth

Stayed at this perfect spot (right on Silver Lake) during the off-season in March. The house was just the right size and conveniently located between Rehoboth and Dewey. We had such an amazing time and would stay there again in a second!

Another excellent stay in Rehoboth

Once again our family loved are stay at 807 Scarborough Ave. The home owner was excellent to work with, the property was perfectly located, clean and perfect for a family of 5 and their pets. I plan to stay here the next time we are in Rehoboth.

Beach & Lake

This was our second stay in this lovely home. (Sept. & Oct.). A quiet private setting that has to be seen to appreciate it all. It is surrounded by a large property that provides privacy on all the decks even if a busier week. Hosts make you feel right at home, and are quick to respond with any question. We hope to return again.
