Spacious Ranch Style House W/ Hot Tub, Fireplace, and Game Room

This single floor house is beautiful inside and out, with plenty room for extended family members. Elegant ranch style home with a relaxing, private backyard compound that runs the length of the home and is surrounded by a privacy wall. Also, includes a large living room with a brick fireplace and a upgraded kitchen. In addition, the property has an adjoining/in-law unit with separate access and is complete with a living area, bedroom, bath, and eat-in kitchen. The house has a new outdoor shower another indoor bathroom (now 4) with a bath tub and a pool table where the garage used to be. Lots of parking offers driveway, with two circular parking locations Great for entertaining!

The house is an 18 minute walk from the beach and the boardwalk at Rehoboth, and only a 15 minute walk to Main Street (starting at DogFish Grill). I also own another rental property in Park City, Utah for 14 years. For reviews of both the property and myself see VRBO listing 116450.

Small Dogs Are Welcome - $100 Pet Fee per animal (Non-refundable)
Please make sure you clean up ALL waste after your dog and if there is excessive dog hair, if you fail to clean it, you will be charged extra for cleaning services.
If you have more pets than stated in the contract you will get an EXTRA fee. We have people monitoring the house at all times, so please, ask about pets.

CLEANING
Please put all dishes into the dishwasher before your departure or you will get charged for extra cleaning services. Any cleaning requirements that goes beyond the cleaning service due to your stay will be charged to your account.

We have rental agreements to verify your rental dates, to abide by house rules, and to handle reasonability for any damages that occur on the property.

Beautiful place to stay in Rehoboth, many accommodations & very nice host. The place was well taken care of, and it's a short drive to Everything in rehoboth & dewey. Would love to come back.

Great property for our party of 5. Great location. Outdoor patio is second to none. Bathrooms are updated and clean. Kitchen could use a thorough scrub and owner never got back to me about an earlier check in but overall, definitely a great stay.

Thank you for rating me at ten out of ten. I have very good cleaners, and I go there periodically to deep clean as well. When I spoke to you about the kitchen, you had mentioned that it was only the handles around the kitchen cabinets felt sticky. That's because unfortunately they're used a lot. And the protective seal at the handle, has worn off. So i'm looking at getting that redone. Thanks for mentioning that was the only issue with cleaning that was a problem in the kitchen. As it relates to getting in early, that's a tough one. If ever, there's no one leaving that morning I always let guests come in early. The problem is with trying to get in early when people have just left at 11am with a five bedroom two kitchen large home is it's hard to tell when the maids are done and they don't always reply to texting while they're cleaning. Sorry I didn't get back to you. But check-in is a hard 4 o'clock unless you're calling me (using the app or texting doesn't work well) to check in early. I can then check the cameras! Just remember early check is always available when no one's checking out the same morning. But same day turnaround cleanings are difficult to get cleaning companies who are working hard at everyone's house clean at the same time to respond to my request. Please call me and if I am available (which I often am) I can look at the cameras and see if the cleaning crews are gone and early check in will work.

Wonderful property. Communication from the host was great. We take a family vacation with our kids every year. This was perfect for our older and younger children - something to do for everyone. The house was well-stocked and very clean. Would definitely book it again.

For the 7th year our family vacation at this lovely house was memorable in so wonderful many ways. We will be back again next year, year number 8…I think that says it all! Great house!

Clean, comfortable, nice layout. Plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen, 3 refrigerators. This was our second time here and we’re already booking for next year. The host/owner is very nice to work with.

We had a wonderful time on our most recent visit. This is the third time we have stayed at the house and it’s always wonderful to arrive to a well stocked, holiday ready home. The house is so close to anything you might need and the owners go out of their way to let you know all that is available nearby. Definite five stars!!

Great house

Loved the layout of this house, perfect for having friends with us. The backyard was lovely for enjoying the weather and for our dogs to safely run around. Exceptionally well-stocked kitchen and all other supplies we needed. We’ll definitely be back.

House was beautifully decorated. Back yard was private and lovely. Game room with pool table, ping pong and darts kept children and adults entertained. Everything was supplied; only clothes and personal items needed.

Great place to stay! Very secure for dogs!

My husband and I stayed here for a week when we were in the area for Greyhounds Reach the Beach! I was a little nervous with it being close to the main road, but the backyard was very secure and perfect for our two dogs. There was also a walking trail only a couple blocks away which was wonderful! The house was very spacious and clean. The air conditioning took a little bit to get used to (a couple different switches/remotes), but it worked great and we were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Family Fun

This home exceeded our expectations. An incredible amount of room for 7 adults and 2 children. Places for everyone to hangout without being on top of each other - especially the peaceful, large yard! and the game room was a hit for all ages.Suzanne truly has the home stocked with everything you possibly need and was quick in response if we had any questions.All-in-all was a wonderful family vacation.

Suzanne‘s property was perfect for our family of 8. From the Jacuzzi on the back patio, to the pool table in the game room - there was plenty to do. The rooms are spread out enough that people can have some privacy in between family time. Everything in the house was well thought out, it has all of the necessities and a few luxuries as well. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc. Suzanne is a great communicator and clearly takes pride in the experience that a family has when staying at this property.

Spacious

Stayed during Easter break. Spacious enough for 3 families. Not sure agree with Title “Newly Renovated Luxury House.” Kitchen & Master bath dated. Needs some upkeep. Loved the patio outside & nearby trail.

I made a decision to put in an outdoor shower and complete renovation of two inside bathrooms that are now brand new and updated rather update the update the master bath. Out of 2731 properties in Rehoboth Beach my properties (Also one in Park City # 116450) my home ranks in the top 10% with 5 star ratings. I am also a Premier Partner because I go beyond the normal property owners. I appreciate your feedback but the pictures of the kitchen and master bath are accurate. The good news is that VRBO offers many homes with brand new kitchens and master baths and photos help to choose what is important to you. I do Plan to update part of both kitchens within the next year. We just finished intensive spring cleaning inside and outside after your stay we do this twice a year. I am unclear about the reference as to upkeep and you have not responded to the request on what you felt needed to be done. IF anyone feels anything needs “upkeep” notified me ASAP and I will try to IMMEDIATELY fix the issue. There is a large TEAM that works to keep the place keep running and we are happy to repair or replace and clean anything that is in need. I did change the cleaning crew and have had no complaints since.

Suzanne was a great host promptly answering questions before, during and after our trip. She was very accommodating!The house was great! We used the game room and hot tub a lot, the living room for watching football and the kitchen for preparing a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner! The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could imagine for preparing a big meal. A few of our crew took a nice bike ride on the nearby trail. Our stay was made even more special with the comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Our dogs had a great time exploring the fully enclosed back yard area. All in all, this was a great rental experience!

Fantastic beach house!

Suzanne’s house is great! I highly recommend renting it and renting with her. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the furniture is very comfy. Suzanne is great at communicating and resolving any issues. The grill is AWESOME! Very fancy, works superbly. The hot tub is also fun. There are also lots of board games and a shed with everything you could need for the beach.

Family Time

Our family get together was very special as we totally enjoyed the house. All the things you are looking for to enjoy while at the beach were made available. From chairs to umbrellas to bikes this house had it all. We also hosted a party for friends and it was very accommodating with many outdoor areas to sit and entertain. Our host did a very good job communicating and even when we had a small issue with the AC unit her team did a first class job resolving this issue quickly. I would recommend this house for family gatherings any time of the year!

Amazing Stay

Suzanne has set up her property as if you are staying at a 5 star hotel and it is wonderful! 5 bedrooms, master suite on one side of one level artistically gorgeous home, 2 bedrooms and 2 bedroom in-law suite on other side Magnificent gardens all around inside enclosed backyard. Plethora of seating inside and out. Linens and plush towels provided. Fully stocked kitchen with double oven. 3 fridges! Dog friendly! Just being your clothes, as the shed holds lots of beach chairs and toys. Close to independent shops and outlet stores. This is a dream rental and we will be back again when we visit Rehoboth with family♥️

Our stay was wonderful! Anything we needed was there to make our stay enjoyable. The guys loved the pool table which was an added bonus! Bikes, umbrellas, chairs for the beach were all available. Kitchen was fully equipped and made eating in so easy. We loved the big table to gather around. The owner was very attentive and wanting to make sure everything was perfect.
