Welcome to our lovely fishing community! We are located on the beautiful Arroyo Colorado River that is part of the intracoastal water way. From the dock you will catch Tarpon, Red Fish, Snook and Trout. Bring your boat to access the bay in 10 minutes and South Padre Island in less than a hour. (2 public boat launches are less than 2 miles away) There is plenty of good fishing! There are many things to do in this area. We are a 1/2 hour from the Laguna Madre National Refuge, Mexico border towns, shopping and outlet malls.
The space:
There are stairs leading to the second floor.
Guests may use all available kitchen appliances.
Bath towels and linens are available for guest use. Bring your own beach towel.
The propane grill is not functioning, but we have a charcoal grill available for guest use. Bring your own charcoal.
We share a dock with our next door neighbor. It is separated by a barrier, so please stay on our side.

Very good place to stay. The grill could be a bit bigger and the beds upstairs more comfortable but overall a great place to stay and would definitely stay here again.

We would definitely consider booking this property again! We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday, and we had a wonderful experience. The property was very clean, the bedding was fresh and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Everything made our stay feel relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the attention to cleanliness and comfort and would happily return in the future!

Great place to stay, family friendly and good location for public access to boat ramps and fishing areas. Very clean home, and the beds were very comfy. It was just like home. Kids loved it.

We had a fantastic stay with family! The house had lots of space which made it really comfortable for our large group. Great memories made!

Wonderful weekend getaway
We enjoyed our time very much! House was perfect and clean. Plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen and room for everyone. We will be back!

Relaxing Easter weekend!
We really enjoyed our stay for Easter weekend! The house is very nice and spacious, plenty of sleeping space and restrooms throughout. The large kitchen made it easy to cook meals for the family. We would stay here again!
