Welcome to our lovely fishing community! We are located on the beautiful Arroyo Colorado River that is part of the intracoastal water way. From the dock you will catch Tarpon, Red Fish, Snook and Trout. Bring your boat to access the bay in 10 minutes and South Padre Island in less than a hour. (2 public boat launches are less than 2 miles away) There is plenty of good fishing! There are many things to do in this area. We are a 1/2 hour from the Laguna Madre National Refuge, Mexico border towns, shopping and outlet malls.

The space:
There are stairs leading to the second floor.
Guests may use all available kitchen appliances.
Bath towels and linens are available for guest use. Bring your own beach towel.
The propane grill is not functioning, but we have a charcoal grill available for guest use. Bring your own charcoal.
We share a dock with our next door neighbor. It is separated by a barrier, so please stay on our side.

Family fishing trip

We went to celebrate a few birthdays for June and enjoy some fishing. Everything was completely wonderful. We made a lot of memories and had more than enough space to accommodate my family. Would definitely recommend and come back for another visit!

The Best Place To Stay In Arroyo City

This is by far the best place to stay in Arroyo City I have been renting properties every year trying out different rentals to enjoy a weekend of fishing, relaxation and peace of mind of having the space with my family without being worried of where to accommodate everyone. We are a group of 8 and believe me there was still much more space available. We all loved it and wish we could of had more time we’ll definitely be coming back. The place is clean, spacious and outdoors is like no other we grilled, fished and even had a spot to overnight dock our family boat. DO NOT HESITATE TO RENT THIS PLACE ITS AWESOME.

Amazing home and the Host was Fantastic!!!

We would definitely book this rental again! The host is very friendly, accommodating, and just all around fantastic! The house was very clean and had a lot of space for a large family. The pier was very relaxing and we had the best time fishing! We truly enjoyed our experience and we would love to say here again some day

Great vacation spot

We stayed here while in town for the TAAF State Track Meet in Brownsville for 6 days. This is the only place to stay next time we come. Trey was great. Very responsive and provided us with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We were able to see dolphins of the back porch, fish of the dock, and just all around relax in the house. Lots of room and it had beds for everyone. 5 stars for sure all around.

Amazing

This place was beautiful. Spacious. Had alot of fun outside with the kids. My baby got to take his first steps here. So it will forver be special to me. My kids caught alot of trout. Many not keepers but was exciting. This overall experience was well worth it.

Relaxing Easter weekend!

We really enjoyed our stay for Easter weekend! The house is very nice and spacious, plenty of sleeping space and restrooms throughout. The large kitchen made it easy to cook meals for the family. We would stay here again!

It was a wonderful place for a large family!! It was super clean and very well stocked with linens and dishes. Very interested if you will send me the square footage because i am interested in using a similar layout for building a home!

Great for families

House was perfect. Huge rooms, planty of beds. Fridge was spectacular. Fishing deck had ample amount of room. Big charcoal bbq pit was very convenient. Very nice. The outside needing some tending. Yard was not cut, there was growth over the back steps leading to the fishing deck. We just cut the overgrowth ourselves so we wouldn't trip. The owners left directions not to leave outside of the trash bin, but the bin was already full when we arrived so we hauled our trash back with us in the back of the truck. Very pleasant stay, I do recommend.

South Texas Fishing Excursion

Online rental was very easy. Had several questions and the manager responded promptly. We were a group of 8 retired male adults that were looking to fish and relax. The pics in the website did not do it justice. The house was very clean and spacious. Had all the amenities needed for the stay. Enough to sleep 8 and a couple of extra couches in case. Highly recommended and will book again.
