We loved the location. Very comfortable furniture. We loved the deck. The kitchen was not conducive to socializing while cooking. We would stay again.

Absolutely perfect for our time in Charleston! We had our whole family together for 5 days. Location was great for walking. Lots of gathering space. We spent a lot of time on the beautiful porch!

The location made downtown and the French quarter very walkable. There were many interesting stores and restaurants very close by.We really enjoyed ending our day on the piazza.Being able to get groceries delivered before we got there was definitely a plus.

We really enjoyed our stay! This place gave us the classic Charleston feel and had an excellent location. We loved the balcony area when we were taking breaks from exploring the city.

This charming, elegant apartment is very comfortable and surprisingly large. There are several art galleries, bakeries, restaurants and shops within 200 feet. Enjoy!

This condo on Meeting Street was perfect for our family group, with multiple bedrooms, large living spaces and a fantastic veranda overlooking a side street, with a view across the rooftops. We spent a lot of time there, eating (at a long table), reading, chatting (in a large seating group with sofas, ottomans and chairs). Would definitely stay again.Two things to note, which may be in the listing already. One of the bedrooms is tucked away behind another bedroom. And the bathroom situation is this: one full bath en suite, one full bath through the laundry room off the hallway, and one half bath off the bedroom you have to walk through to get to that tucked-away one. Our family group did fine with all of this. Just worth noting if you're traveling with a different sort of group.

Incredibly good location one block from King St. Building and unit were very charming and felt like old school Charleston, which we appreciated vs. some really modern place. Place was clean and spacious and beds were very comfortable. Interaction with host was quick and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

Great place. The outdoor balcony was amazing and perfect location. It’s an old space so you just have to know that there’s some quirks…like spiral staircase, slow drains, back bedroom doesn’t really have privacy as it’s connected to other room, creaky floors. That was ok by us to get the character we were looking for in this historic city. Absolutely would reserve again.

Location, Location, Location! This was walking distance to so many great Charleston attractions. An old house in an old city made it a unique stay. Thank goodness for the luggage elevator otherwise the spiral stair case would have been too challenging. Plenty of room for our group 9 mostly "senior citizen" adults.

Great Place to Stay

This property was in the perfect location for walking to many of the great restaurants that Charleston has to offer. It had a lot of space (for a group of 8) and the outdoor patio was great.

Check in was not what we expected. We were able to get into to condo easily the instructions sent where very clear and easy to follow. Once we got we noticed none of the beds were made and towels were not clean. We contacted the host and VRBO support and they were able to get a cleaning service over while we were at dinner. Once we got back they gave us a few bottles of wine and particle refund for the inconvenience. I’m happy with how the situation was handled. Overall the house was amazing and location was great everything we wanted to do was about 15-20 min walk or 7 -10 min uber.

Ashley, thank you so much for the nice review and thank you so much for being patient with us after the cleaning incident. That is actually the first time in 10 years it has happened. The owner of the cleaning company got a new phone and somehow her texts got mixed up and a renter who cancelled in January came up right before your check in so she thought you had canceled :) Anyways, I am grateful it was figured out and that you gave us some grace and the ability to fix it.

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway! The location of the house was perfect for our every need and want. Plenty of restaurants, shopping and things to do within walking distance. We absolutely loved sitting outside on the deck in the morning drinking our coffee and soaking up the sunshine. Would highly recommend staying here! The host was very easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly.

Perfect place for a girls weekend

We had a lovely stay here, the location is amazing and so convenient for seeing the city. We loved hanging out on the porch and there is plenty of room to hang out in the living room with a large group.
