Nestled on over 100 acres in the Adirondack mountains, this new custom designed log cabin will provide serenity and peace for any year-round getaway. This tiny house is perfect for a couple, a family who wants to get away and enjoy nature or the area attractions. Far from "rustic" in this modern cabin, it is furnished with quality furniture. linens, plush bath rugs, and satellite TV. While lounging in the living rom, enjoy two large picture windows overlooking the forest. Venture outside for a true escape on the spacious screened-in deck with a luxury hot tub and grill.
Location, location, location! In the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, the cabin is close to snowmobile/ATV trails, is 5 minutes to Titus Mountain Ski Resort, and 12 miles to Debar Mountain. The cabin is also 15 minutes from Malone Golf Club, the finest golf facility in Northern New York, Southern Quebec and Ontario - with 36 Championship golf holes designed by golf legend Robert Trent Jones.
To the south, the Adirondack park and the large Deer River State Forest. Within 50 minutes from Saranac Lake, and an additional 15 minutes to Lake Placid and its Olympic venues; shortly over an hour and you are at Whiteface Mountain.
To the North, we are within 2 hours driving time to both Montreal and Ottawa.

Or simply, stay on the property with over 100 acres to roam.

There is a Ring Door Bell located at the front entrance. It records audio and video, covering the entire front entrance and deck. The hot tub is located on the deck and within coverage area of the ring door bell.

Great location for a nice quiet weekend getaway. Host communication was great, unfortunately the hot tub was not completely functional. Host did their best to get it addressed.

This is my third time renting and the cabins are always beautiful and in a gorgeous setting. Perfect for some time away, especially with the hot tub. I can't wait to come back.

It was an incredible weekend in the most perfect tiny home! Secluded, peaceful, the house itself was immaculate, and very well kept all around the home. The hot tub was the cherry on top! Thank you for your hospitality and helping create an unforgettable weekend.

So cozy

We had the best time at the tiny house ! We had a fire outside and made a snowman! We just stayed at the house we didn’t go anywhere our one issue was the trash there was no trash bags and the cans were down at the road so that was confusing but other then that everything was so great!!

Great getaway spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Owls Head. The cabin has everything you need for a cozy stay. Fireplace and hot tub to warm up, a full kitchen to make meals, and a comfy area to read a book or watch TV. Although there is plenty of fun things to do in the area, we ended up staying in more than we thought we would in order to maximize time in the cabin. The one thing I would advise is to set the hot tub temperature at least an hour before using it - it takes a while to warm up. (A small price for a slice of heaven!)

Cabin was great and clean. Nice property with a baby deer standing in the driveway to greet us. The hot tub controls are starting to go out which made it difficult at times to adjust but certainly not a big deal. Overall it was a great place to relax and get away from life for a little while.

Relaxing time in the mountains

A good time everything was perfect. Only issue was the Internet Wi-Fi but I manage. I don’t want that to be the focus because it was an excellent stay and I enjoy every bit of it.

Excellent stay!

This tiny home cabin was awesome! We came to celebrate our elopement and were so impressed with everything. Chris was very responsive. Despite being a “tiny home” it was much roomier than expected. The new screened in porch and fire pit were exciting additions we were happily surprised with. Only negative would be the neighbor’s 2 dogs freely roaming the street which made it slightly terrifying to go for walks down the main road. Luckily there is plenty of beautiful hiking nearby to quench the need for steps and a lovely hot tub to relax in after. A truly excellent Labor Day away.

Fantastic getaway

This cabin was perfect. My wife and I stayed here for an extended weekend in August to take advantage of the Adk mountains. The cabin was perfect, clean, had everything we needed, beautiful large windows in the livingroom and in a very quiet area that we really enjoyed. The cabin is in a very secluded area but close enough to town to grab things you need. It's only about an hour from saranac lake and lake placid where we were hiking. The hot tub was perfect for after our hikes and the fire pit was a cute area. They recently added a screened in porch that is perfect for sitting out watching the deer come in the yard. No wifi but that wasnt a big deal we just wanted to talk to our kids with the wifi but was able to go outside to get just enough service to talk to our kids. We love that the cabin is secluded but does look like they are going to be adding another one soon...hopefully they keep the cabins secluded. Overall highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will be staying here again.

Absolute Heaven!

I don't even know where to begin. The cabin is adorable. It's new, well thought out, comfortable, well stocked and clean! Chris is very responsive, helpful and accommodating. It was SO peaceful and quiet. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub while staring up at all of the stars. We didn't want to leave and we DEFINITELY plan to come back!

Adirondack Cabin Getaway

We made this cabin our base for a week of hiking and exploration in the Adirondacks. The location offers privacy and nature, while still being close enough to the nearest town to run in for provisions. We enjoyed the hiking trails near the cabin, did some cooking in the well equipped kitchen and on the propane grill, and soothed our sore muscles in the hot tub at night. Overall, a great property. We would stay here again!

Wilderness Gem

I rented this property to be able to take my sister away for a couple of nights to celebrate her 75th birthday. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. It was private, the setting in the woods was beautiful, and the tiny home left you wanting for nothing. The owner's had though of everything. Even a corkscrew. We enjoyed ourselves so much just relaxing by the fireplace, out in the hot tub, and exploring the woods. It is well worth the price! I would recommend for anyone! We truly had an amazing time.

Amazing!!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and it was everything we wanted and more!! It was beautiful. Chris was so accommodating and helpful. Not only did we have to reschedule twice, we ended up being low on gas the first night we got there and Chris came with gas right away so we wouldn’t get stuck before we could reach a gas station!! He’s the best!

Peaceful winter getaway.

We booked Chris’s cabin after an extensive search. We have lived in Florida for 16 years but really wanted a winter refresher. We wanted snow, quiet, space (outdoor), a cozy indoor space with a fireplace, and an outdoor hot tub. Chris’s place was perfect. Chris and his staff were great communicators and very helpful. When there was a small problem during our stay Chris addressed it immediately. The cabin is clean and modern and we loved the large living room windows that looked out onto the snow and the woods. We did do some exploring away from the cabin but we could have easily been content to stay put. It was a wonderful trip and I would highly recommend Chris’s cabin if you are looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.
