Main Floor (Entry Level)

Guests enter through the door adjacent to the garage into a spacious mudroom, thoughtfully designed with ample storage for gear—making arrivals and departures seamless in every season.

Just one step up, a cozy sitting nook invites you to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a good book.

The home then opens into a large, fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare family meals or host appetizers for friends and loved ones. Adjacent to the kitchen is a generous open-concept living and dining area, featuring a dining table that comfortably seats the whole group and a welcoming family room with plenty of space to lounge. Settle in for movie nights or simply relax while taking in the beautiful surrounding scenery through expansive windows.

A king bedroom and a queen bedroom are located on this level. The main-floor bathroom is conveniently located just off the mudroom, up a single step.
