Wonderful location

Everything about this home is excellent; the location to everything we wanted to do was within driving distance; the home was beautiful; the location offered great amenities; community gate keepers were friendly and helpful; area trails offered great hiking.

Comfortable stay

Loved the stay. There were so many unexpected amenities throughout the condo. If we would have forgotten to bring anything the place would have had it.

Comfortable

Had a great time. Only problem was the people in the condo above us. They allowed their kids to run continuously. Very annoying. But our condo was very accommodating and comfortable. We will be back.

Perfect for our family

This condo was perfect for two couples and two children. Great location and very nicely decorated and comfortable with anything we would need for our stay! We will be back!

Beautiful condo in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at 8pm. GPS took us right to the complex. This was our first time to Branson. The complex has the main number on it and each door has its own room number on them. Every single door but this one has a sidewalk directly in front. You use the sidewalk from the condo to the left. In the dark we (at first) were wondering where to even go in except through the yard, haha. Having a ground floor condo was awesome. This condo is just down the street from the pool/clubhouse. Not close enough to walk but a very quick drive. The key code worked perfect and we were so excited to see how CLEAN this condo was! It was literally spotless. The cabinets were stocked with plenty of great dishes. Cuisinart stainless pots and pans, corelle dishes. I felt right at home. There were tons of spices and cooking supplies in the cabinets. The coffee bar was a great touch. They do have coffee pods but state to bring some, which we did. They also have a large coffee pot in the kitchen. The colors of the Condo are even more beautiful in person, and I assume they decorate for Christmas because I saw Christmas items stored! The enclosed porch was beautiful early in the morning. We drank our coffee out there and loved it. If you look at the tree line above you can see the Branson scenic overlook fenceline. We kept meaning to drive over to that area and look down at our Condo but never did. The beds were very comfortable and the televisions all had streaming networks completely signed in and ready to use. Nice touch! I didn’t have to worry about passwords etc. each tv had a headset, too! The water pressure was great and the jacuzzi tub was very clean and worked well. We had plenty of towels and wash cloths. Point Royale had an awesome outdoor/indoor pool. Very clean and tidy. It is a gated community and you get a key card. I liked that. It’s maybe 3 miles to town. We would absolutely stay here again.

Kids trip to Branson

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo, only issue was the description said it sleeps 6 so we assumed it had a pull-out bed. Maybe it was in some fine print somewhere, but it didn't so I'm guessing they expected 2 people to sleep on a couch and recliner.

Love This Property

Beautifully decorated. Quiet. Secure. Great host team. Super easy check-in & checkout. Clean. Amenities abound. Wireless headsets available on TVs in living room & bedroom 1. Coffee bar. Roomy. Can't say enough good things about this property. Hope we can return in the future!

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo!!! It was very very clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. It was a very nice spacious condo that was perfect for our family. My kids really enjoyed the comfy sunroom and our whole family enjoyed the pool! We will for sure be back!

The condo was perfect for our trip! The beds were extremely comfortable, the condo was stocked with all of our needs and being so close to the pool was great! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Loaded Clean Condo

This condo has absolutely everything you could possibly need, you can literally pack your clothes and bathroom things and show up here. Nothing else is needed they thought of everything when they stocked this condo. And the cleanliness of it was 11 out of 10. Top of the line appliances, HUGE tv in the living room, nice tv in each bedroom, tons of space, amazing experience.

Grad trip

Place is very nice and updated. Very clean. Only 2 disappointing issues, no key to pool from Friday until Monday (very pleased to be compensated $50) . Expected the patio would be cooled however very stuffy. Not the property’s issue but the family upstairs were extremely loud.
