Moonlight Beach Villa and Studio is the perfect space for a family getaway or trip to reconnect with friends. With three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and accommodations for eight guests, each member of your group will have ample space to unpack and get comfortable.

Looking for a Pensacola Beach, FL vacation rental with not quite as much room? Reserve Moonlight Beach Villa or Moonlight Beach Studio. These two properties are separated allowing privacy between groups, however, share some amenities.

With both rentals, you will have access to everything you may need and more for a successful stay. A kitchenette and full kitchen provide all the pots, pans, and utensils necessary for preparing home-cooked meals, your favorite dessert, or even a beach-inspired cocktail. The living room in the Villa will provide the perfect hangout spot on the evenings you plan on staying in. it is equipped with a Smart TV allowing you to stay up to date on your favorite shows and movies. Watch the sun go down on your private balcony and reflect on your day on the beach, or plan how you are going to fill the next day with fun. There is also a washer and dryer available for your convenience.

The primary bedroom and second bedroom can be found in the Villa, while the third bedroom is in the studio. The primary bedroom comes with its own Smart TV and private balcony with a view of the nearby canal. These accommodations make it easy to enjoy time together but also allow privacy.

Pensacola Beach, FL is home to tons of excitement, adventure, and even delicious dining options. Take a walk down Palafox Street and discover incredible restaurants and shopping in Pensacola. Amazing location

Location was great, when we had any problems they were quick to respond and take action! The water in the back with the ducks and turtles was a huge hit for the kids! They even caught some little fish back there. It was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach! We enjoyed our stay. Pillows super comfortable, condo was pretty clean. Does need some little touches of fixing doors and fans some paint touch ups but nothing that made our stay not great.

This is the second time we have stayed here and we’ve loved it both times! Communication is great if we had an issue. Which, the only issue was getting a code to the laundry room. Which we got very quickly after I reached out and was able to access it. The place is definitely cleaner than most. The location is absolutely amazing! My kids found a nest of duck eggs and they thought it was the coolest thing. They catch many fish and love feeding the turtles on the pond directly behind the condo. The kids and myself walk to the beach everyday. Which literally takes 2-3 minutes! I love being close to everything but also far away enough from the noise and the busy restaurants. Having the trollies is great! We can’t wait to go back next year! We will probably book here, again!! Oh, and the extra added mother in law suite or whatever you want to call it is GREAT for the grandparents to still vacation with us but have their own place right on the property! It’s definitely a must see if staying on Pensacola Beach! The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and great sizes! I love having the half bathroom down stairs and 2 full bath upstairs. Oh, and Walmart will deliver your groceries out there and it’s a HUGE gamechanger for vacation! Thank you for having us the second year in a row. We will be back!

Overall a solid place to stay for a large group. 3 bedrooms is just great! Everythings dated and a little dingy but it was solid (I’ve seen worst). The rental company was fine. Some of the directive on the website was inaccurate and when I asked for clarification, I got no response. Thankful we were in a need for too much assistance.
