Location Location Location

Great stay, enjoyed the welcome basket. We came for the UTMB run and we were able to walk to all the events and restaurants. Home has everything you need and there is a dog park nearby.

Quaint apartment

Quaint apartment with easy walking distance to some food and local shops. Perfect for 2-3 adults or 2 adults and a couple of kids.

Perfect!

So very close to town. This house was perfect loved the queen bunk beds with my daughter!! Tons of towels and nice blankets. Easy parking too.

Great spot!

Stayed here for the CO2UT race and it was perfect. Storage shed for bikes/gear. Clean, easy to find, and walkable to downtown!

Easy and dog friendly.

Simple no fuss property was easy to find and the host gave great instructions before and during our visit. Locking bike shed was great piece of mind and we were happy to find a place where our dogs could join the trip.

We slept well

The listing said “cute.” It was more of a bare bones bachelor pad that needs a good deep cleaning. The beds were very comfortable.

Loved the bed

The location was great! My favorite thing was the cozy clean bed. Ceiling fans would be a good improvement and a good deep clean. Listing has it as full house but its a duplex.

Nice little spot in Fruita

A great space for two adults, two kids, and a dog. Kitchen was well equipped, living space was comfortable, park across the street was convenient for dog walking. Property management was very responsive and helped us with TV tech issues as well as replacing a much needed fan while the evaporative cooler was trying to overcome the atypical heatwave.

Very spacious and comfortable

Location was great, easy walk to downtown. Unit had lots of room and felt very comfy. Couch and beds were comfortable. If I had one complaint was wish we had some darker blinds or curtains in bedrooom. Master bedroom lit up in morning with the early sunrises we had. But would definitely stay here again!

The property was dirty and smelled like dog. we had open all windows and door as well as put the dirty vacuum outside. During out stay the internet and tv was offline. the property was 1/2 a block from a very active train rail (not a mile as stated by management co). There was dust on all the screens and baseboards that appeared to be years of buildup. The house felt very rough, lots of deferred maintenance. Pillows and matress pad was stained and gross
