Kamaole Beach Royale #411 is a a bright spacious unit in a convenient location. There are ocean views from nearby Kamaole Beach 1 that you can see while seated on your lanai. There are sunshades on the lanai to provide the optimum level of comfort. There are two bedrooms and two baths, AC in the living room, and ceiling fans throughout. There is a King bed in the master bedroom and a Queen bed in the guest bedroom. Both bathrooms have undergone beautiful renovations and are equipped with updated showers. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all of your cooking needs and a washer and dryer in the unit. The living room provides a sofa sleeper and a television in case you want to catch up on your favorite show while on vacation. Kamaole Beach Royale #411 is equipped with beach chairs and beach towels for your outdoor adventures. This unit is in the heart of South Kihei and perfect for those seeking the convenience of being right in the center of the action! Unit sleeps up to 6 guests.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Loved the location in Kīhei!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the condo in Kīhei! The close proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants is perfect. You can walk to so many places! The pool was lovely as well. The condo was lovely, but the one drawback is the third bedroom only has a pullout couch. When something is marked as a bedroom, we expected it to be set up as such. This was disappointing as was the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms. Thankfully there is was a box fan that helped keep the two back bedrooms cooler. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would recommend this property.

Mahalo for staying with us. Kamaole Beach Royale 411 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with a living room that has a sofa sleeper. There is no third bedroom. Our website has all the accurate details on bedrooms, beds and AC availability. I am sorry if there was a misunderstanding.

I reported personally to property Manager that the dryer had stopped working, and a Technician was sent within the hour and had it fixed, by replacing the belt. Thank you.We used the ceiling fans most of the time than the AC unit.The ladies had no complaints on the kitchen gadgets.The rooms were easy to make tidy.One of the shower closets had slow drainage.Overall, we had a comfortable stay.

Great place, great location!

Wonderful condo to enjoy your stay in Maui! The location is in the busy heart of Kihei where the beaches are across the street and all the amenities are a short walk away. Condo was presented as described with a wonderful view! Would stay here again!

Great location*Nice beach across street

Didn’t realize no central a/c; saddened that guests probably leave food out so the roaches are perm residents along with the ants😩☹️ Location is fantastic, bathroom remodels are great and we did not use but appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc were provided for guests’ use!
