Place was as listed and clean, property was well maintained. Beach stuff was in good repair, and the property view was impressive. Also, the host was very responsive throughout.

So glad you enjoyed your stay, we spend hours on the lanai and especially enjoy the frolicking whales during their season and the turtles who make their daily visit to feed on the reef. I hope you can be our guests again.

Lucy was very accommodating throughout our stay! The condo was amazing! The view would be hard to beat any where else. It was also very close to all of our favorite places to visit.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The interior was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked, but the lanai and the location are what truly set it apart. The view is absolutely unbeatable. We spent every single morning watching the turtles swimming and the various people and pets walk along the shore. Beautiful beaches were a very short stroll away. Due to the storms, we only got to see one true sunset, but I imagine they are truly magical at other times. Over a week later, my daughter still talks about the condo, and how much she wants to go back. It is a special place.

We hope you will be back! All of our guests are so appreciative of the kitchen and what is provided… especially the spices! Mornings are beautiful on the lanai when the turtles are coming onto the reef to feed. The sunsets are different every night!

The Perfect Spot

Just a fantastic condo with spectacular views. Clean, well appointed, and has everything you need for a great vacation. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great stay at amazing location

Perfect location! The owner was exceptionally responsive and kind. The condo had everything we needed from beach towels, to coolers, games and even coffee. It’s very homey!

This was our fifth time in Maui and the best one yet because this condo is truly special. The location is unbeatable — everything you need for breakfast or lunch is right across the road — but the real magic is the view. Waking up to the ocean, spending evenings on the lanai watching sunsets and sea turtles… absolutely breathtaking. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was soul-soothing.On top of that, the host was incredibly kind and responsive, which made our stay feel effortless. We will absolutely be back!

Amazing location!!!

This condo was spectacular!! So comfortable, clean, and falling asleep listening to the waves was the best. Right in between Kam 1 and Kam 2...doesnt get much more convenient than that! We'd stay here again and again!!!

Good location

It’s close to the beach and the restaurants across the street are very good. The Maui fires occurred during our stay it would’ve been nice to have AC.

Wonderful stay in a great location!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It’s in a perfect location, right in the middle of all of the Kihei beaches, shops and restaurants. It’s right on the water with amazing, unobstructed views of the ocean, West Maui, and neighboring islands. Lucy is an attentive and gracious host who provides a wealth of helpful information about the property as well as all the attractions in the area.

Perfect location

The location couldn’t be better! Easy access to beaches, restaurants, shops, rentals, etc. The view from the lanai is beautiful. Clear unobstructed views of the ocean, and we could see the whale and turtle activity daily, as well as the nightly sunsets! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location!

This property is in an ideal location with fantastic views of the ocean and beaches right from the lanai. Everything you need is within walking distance. The unit is comfortable and homey- it’s our second stay in the same unit and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Maui!

Spreading of Rita's ashes

The location was fantastic. Whales every morning, sea turtles right in front of our balcony, sunsets you can only dream of, WOW Very emotional trip, spread my wife's ashes on her favorite island.

Second time - loved our stay

This was our second time at Lucy's. I can't state how much we love staying here. Perfect sunrise and sunsets on the balcony. We can see turtles from the balcony too. And the waves lull you to sleep every night.

Great Vacation!

Our family of four has stayed at the Royal Mauian multiple times over the years. This is a well located unit with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Views of the sunset from the lanai are amazing. The hosts were great to deal with and very helpful. My husband was a little worried about no AC but with the nice ocean breeze and the fans we were very comfortable without it.

Lucy is outstanding with communication and help. The information she provided prior to our stay made the arrival and registration process flawless. Everything we were told about the apartment beforehand was accurate! The place just felt like home. All that we needed for a great vacation stay was already in place. We spent hours (literally) on our own personal whale watch on out lanai. There was even a set of good binoculars in the condo for our use. We had stayed on Maui many times before this with several stays at the Royal Mauian. This was the most thoughtfully and completely outfitted condo we have rented. Everything was neatly arranged in the best way as if we had decided it ourselves. Our thanks to Lucy and her family for providing such a comfortable, homey place for a wonderful and memorable vacation!
