Great Experience

We rented the house for a family member's graduation from West TX A&M. The house was very clean, organized, and well kept. The owner was prompt in replying to the questions/comments we had. Highly recommend if needing a place around the Amarillo/Canyon area.

4th of July family wedding stay

The pictures of the house are accurate. It was lovely and had all the items we needed. The host was responsive and very helpful. The house had plenty of space. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean and the property was well kept. The keyless lock on the door made arrival and departure easy. We would definitely stay at this house again. We had a very nice 4th of July in Canyon and the host provided us a link to see other activities in the area.

Palo Duro Canyon Hike and Texas Musical

Spacious house close to the canyon. House was clean and comfortable. We did not find a water park in the neighborhood as listed. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great Holiday Stay!

We had a lovely time at the house. It was warm and cozy in a very quiet neighborhood. We loved the setup with the master on one side of the home and the guest on the other. The yard was great for our pups when we were at home. They had everything we needed in the kitchen too. Bed nad sofa was extremely comfortable. It was close to Palo Duro and a very good honey winery! We truly felt at home and will definitely stay again when in town.

This was such an awesome place to stay. Steph (the owner) was great at communicating and responding. The property was a new home, very clean and cozy and it made us feel at home. Very quiet neighborhood and close proximity to everything. Myself and my family really enjoyed our time here. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be staying there again if available on my next visit.

Quiet neighborhood

This place was very roomy with plenty of space to sit and visit. The location is in a subdivision, but close to the interstate and a quick drive into Canyon. The host was very responsive to messages.

Clean and comfortable

Very nice home, quiet neighborhood, very clean, owner very responsive! We left our hanging clothes in the closet and she let us know right away so we could get them. Just a great stay!

Group stay

Gathered for cousin’s wedding reception at Palo Duro Canyon. Perfect location: close to canyon, town, interstate. Nice residential area. House comfortable for gathering and visiting, but would have been better if grill was available in backyard for cooking out. We would definitely stay again.

Close to Palo Duro and comfy

Had a great two night stay with two adults and three teens. Enjoyed hiking and coming back to rest and cook afterwards. Everything was clean and in working order. Good location and nice stay.

Palo Duro Canyon Trip

This property is very convenient to Palo Duro Canyon State Park. It is a reasonably priced suburban home on the east side of the city of Canyon. The house was very clean. The host was very responsive to our questions and wonderful to work with.

New home in a quiet and friendly neighborhood

Home is centrally located between Palo Duro Caynon State Park and the city of Canyon. Big enough home for an entire family. The house was clean and we really enjoyed our stay at this home. Beautiful views from the background. Steph was great and promptly answered all messages.

New Home close to Palo Dura Canyon

This is a large new home in safe neighborhood with large fenced yard with grass….great for dogs. Comfy bed and basic items are provided. Cleaning could have been more thorough…crumbs covering kitchen counter, food under the couch and thick dust on some furniture. But all in all we enjoyed our stay. Super convenient to Palo Dura and to the town of Canyon.
