Come enjoy our cheerful and comfortable townhome located about 15 minutes from the historic Palo Duro Canyon! It's only 5 minutes from West Texas A&M University and the charming downtown square.
The home is furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a dining room, a living room with large TV to enjoy all your streaming services, as well as a side patio table for outdoor relaxing.

We stayed at this location last time we were in Canyon. This is one of the cutest VRBO's I have seen! The hosts are truly the best, and the home is very well stocked and taken care of! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RENTAL!

Everything was nice and comfortable, the barbecue grill was dirty, so I cleaned it. But then could never get the grill to fire up. Propane take was full. So my cousin and I figured that the regulator valve, I believe is what it is called was bad. So we bought charcoal and cooked on the other one , other side of house

Very easy

Great place to stay. Very comfortable and close to downtown Canyon. Host was great and super easy check in and out. Will definitely stay there again.

Awesome stay!

What a fantastic time we had in Canyon. This townhouse was clean, comfy and perfectly located. The owner Monica was super helpful. We will definitely be looking at staying here again in the future.

Perfect place to stay during a visit to palo duro canyon

This is a lovely place to stay if you are planning to visit palo duro canyon. Minutes away from the state park. Everything is as in the description, maybe even a little better.

Lovely Stay

The home is exactly as advertised. It's in a quiet little neighborhood with a park close-by. The host was very responsive and we would stay there again!

very nice property, close to Palo Duro Canyon. 3 comfortable bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (with a gas stove!!), nice living room and a separate dining room. Good HVAC. Nice neighborhood. Close to eateries. Somewhat close to highway and railway, which may be a concern if sensitive to noise. Very attentive host. FYI no soap or shampoo provided (unless left by previous guest), so BYOT (toiletries). They do have dish soap, dishwasher tabs, towels etc. Also hairdryer and ironing board, and washer/dryer (there was some detergent, but may have been left by a previous guest). Would stay again
