Very cute place! There were two large loud groups of ladies next door on either side so that was the only negative note. The cottage was extremely clean and the owner Francis was very communicative. The ac units were wonderful and the furnishings were adorable. I would love to return another time.

Beautiful cottage

Cottage was adorable and very clean. A short walk to the beach and to Pomponessett marketplace and in great amenities and the owners were wonderful to deal with would definitely come back.

Stay in Maushop Village

This was a comfortable and clean unit. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate a change is plans. We will stay here again when we come to visit.

Perfect beach getaway

The cottage was beautifully decorated, pristine and wonderfully bright. Steps from the beach with a delightful patio. And the owner was so attentive and easy to communicate with before and throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

Beautiful honeymoon cottage

Stayed here after our wedding at the club at new seabury! It was perfect in every way - clean, cozy, perfect amount of space for us two and beautiful private beach access! Thank you Cait & Frank!

Wedding Weekend

Perfect place to stay while attending a wedding weekend in New Seabury. Beach and Marketplace were great for some of our downtime. Of course the Raw bar was amazing as well. Beautiful property.

This home was the perfect get away for our short visit to the cape. We loved that we were steps from the beach and a quick walk to the Marketplace. The unit was well equipped for our needs, cozy and very comfortable!

This unit was very clean and the kitchen well equipped . The outdoor patio and grill provided a lovely area to dine with a gentle seabreeze. The private beach was just a 2 minute walk. which was a big plus! The location was very convenient to shopping, restaurants and other entertainment as well as easy access to the rest of the cape. Definitely a very nice family friendly location.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful Community and great location. Loved the homey feel of the Cottage and short walk to the beach along with the amenities of the community. Place was as advertised and owner was great in his communication. Took advantage of some of his restaurant recommendations, which were spot on. Would absolutely return.

Perfect stay!

I’ve stayed at a number of properties in Maushop Village over the years, but I think this one was my favorite! It’s beautifully designed and decorated, and its location on the corner gives it a more private feel. Francis and Cait were wonderful hosts. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and all the details needed for the stay were readily available. They were extremely responsive when I had a questions and they provided some great local recommendations, too.Don’t hesitate to book!

Great location to explore the Cape

This location with access to a private beach is ideal for a Summer getaway. The place was comfortable and had nearly everything we needed for our stay. Easy to get to everything on the Cape. Only recommendations we’d have is it is inexpensive enough to supply a roll of paper towels and sponge/dish cloth in the kitchen and for guests like myself over 6’ tall replacing the shower head with hand held one would be helpful. We’d certainly stay here again.

Short getaway

Perfect spot for my husband and me for a 2 night stay for a local wedding. Clean and fresh but warm decorating. Great location and a very short walk to a beachfront. Good communication with the owners. Would definitely retur

Perfect stay in this adorable house. The location was so amazing. We were able to check in early and the process was easy. Frank was quick to respond to any questions that came up. The beach was a 5 minute walk and so beautiful. We walked to the Marketplace for coffee and lunch also. We were there for a wedding at the Pompanessett Inn which was very quick to get to. The bed was very comfortable and the hosts provided all amenities we needed. Would highly recommend!

1 Barney’s Avenue

Cute and cozy! Loved our 7 night stay at the height of the season for the hydrangeas. Well decorated, comfortable furniture and clean.Even had a coffee French Press! Very close to beach stairs. The whole Maushop Village is adorable snd safe feeling.
