This house is beautifully located right on the beach with plenty of privacy.We spent several nights here and loved it! We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our time in Holden Beach. House was very nice and well laid out. Beach was beautiful ,pool and area were great. The heated pool came in handy because it cooled off during our visit . Restaurants and the people we had interactions with were very kind. Already thinking about the next time . The Babington House was once again a great choice for our family beach trip. Robert was so quick to respond to any question or concern. The house was spotless upon arrival and the kitchen was stocked with more items than you would ever need. The heated pool is great for younger children when the a whole day on the beach is too much. Thank you, Robert.

Our stay was awesome! The host was very easy to communicate with. The beach area was perfect and not crowded for it being in prime beach season. The house has everything you need. Also thought the pool might be the biggest pool on the island! The house stayed cool during the 90 degree days. Loved everything about it.

Another wonderful time at the house. The house is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The hosts are always responsive to our needs. This is our family place at Holden Beach. We have stayed multiple times and always the same great experience.

Everything was as advertised. The only surprise was the kitchen was extremely well stocked. Also, despite 90 degree weather, we couldn't out-use the ice makers.The pool was great. The cleaners came twice during our week.Highly recommended.

This was our second time staying in the Babington’s Beautiful Ocean Front Property! It is exactly what we needed/wanted for our vacation. Robert and his family are always so helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend staying with them while you’re at Holden Beach. Hopefully, we’ll be back again soon!

Robert is great to work with. Quick response time from booking throughout the entire stay. We can’t recommend this property more highly. Perfect for families. Beach, pool, fun Cornhole set up. The privacy and natural beach front setting is gorgeous. Great for bird watching if that is of interest. Thanks to the Babington for sharing this special home. We were 6 adults and two babies under 16 months.

Everything about the Babington House was fantastic. It was one of the cleanest places I have stayed, and my family and I appreciated how communicative Bob was. The location and access to the beach was unbeatable, and the heated pool during the cooler days of May was a treat. For most of the trip, our family had the beach pretty much to ourselves. The house was expertly planned and stocked. We loved starting the morning in the back porch with the view of the ocean. It was an amazing family vacation and we hope to come again next year!

We had an amazing stay at the Babington beach house. House was organized and professionally clean. Kitchen was stocked with all items needs for a relaxing beach day to a Thanksgiving meal. The pool was exceptionally well thought out, with the just high enough privacy fence, comfortable reclining deck chairs and umbrellas, and the color changing pool lights. The best is the ocean view, can’t beat that. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back soon!

Beautiful family vacation !

Love this property and home; the house is immaculate, the pool is large and beautifully maintained and the large property gives you much privacy! We have stayed here several times and hope we can continue to have our family beach vacation here.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The heated pool was an excellent cherry on top after a day on the beach. Because there are large empty lots on either side of the house, the house feels very private. It was the most beautiful stay I've ever had on the coast of North Carolina. We often felt like we were on a private beach. September sounds like an excellent time to visit!
