We have stayed at this beach house multiple times and have always enjoyed theaccomodations. We have found the owners to be most receptive should we need to contact them. The facility has everything one would need for an enjoyable getaway to the beach. Love it!!!

It was a perfect place for us. Love the deck that went all the way to the beach. We have a child in a wheelchair and it was perfect for him. The house has so much to offer and so well equipped. We will be back!!

Great location, awesome main living area, beautiful beach access.

Perfect for large family groups. Air conditioner worked great, good BBQ, brand new stove.

The home was roomy, clean and nicely appointed. We travel to Holden Beach every year for the past 40 plus years the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament. The home had TVs in each BR and a large screen TV in the living area which was perfect. Thank you Phoebe for a wonderful weekend and we hope to rent your property again March 2027.

Beach vacation

Enjoyed our time in Holden Beach. Great house in a great location. Plenty of beds and didnt have to share rooms. We didn't use them but it does come with bikes, chairs, and beach toys. Highly recommend!

The best

We all loved our stay at this beautiful, spacious house! So comfortable, well-stocked kitchen, great furniture, AMAZING deck and walkway to beach. Could not have been better! Each member of our family said “this is the best place we’ve ever stayed”. We had a wonderful time.

Perfect time at the beach.

We were very pleased with property especially loved the walkway to beach, the ramp, and the decks. A beautiful spot, a comfortable home and a gracious and considerate owner. Suited our extended family very well

We have stayed at this house for several years and thoroughly look forward to our beach week here. This year we were surprised with some new additions and enjoyable adds (Two additional bathrooms...each bedroom now has own bath) The space is family friendly and the covered deck is awesome! Can't wait for beach week 2026!

Fabulous beach house!

Everything we needed although we never found the high chair. The home is lovely and the location even though between two public beach access locations was perfect! We had a wonderful time.

Great house for the family

We spent a long weekend between xmas and new years on Holden beach which we visit every few years usually in the summer. house was great well equipped comfortable sleeping, modern kitchen, wifi and TV nice to have better than basic cable. Would definitely stay there again. Owner/manager is really helpful and focused on making sure we were happy!
