Newly Renovated! - Backyard Forest View on All Three Floors, 30' to Pool/Hot Tub
This 3 bedroom condo backs up to the national forest. This condo is located extremely close to the indoor/outdoor pool/hot tubs. Wireless internet is available in the condo itself. The Breckenridge Recreation Center is located across the street and is a state of the art facility. Brand new king beds in both master rooms with brand new furniture. 2 Queen/twin bunk beds in 3rd bedroom. Queen sofa sleeper with NO rods, more of a futon type.
Shuttle buses run every 15 to 30 minutes, depending on peak times and are located next to the parking lot for ease of use. They run to town and the slopes. No need for transportation in Breckenridge as they have long hours!
The kitchen is fully equipped and furthermore, we leave staples such as spices, flour, sugar, etc. in the cabinets. No need to spend extra money on this. Same with the refrigerator. You will find it stocked with staples, such as condiments. Our friends use our condo quite often as do we and we all appreciate that non-perishable foods are left. You are welcome to all of this!

Clark and Phyllis live in Littleton, CO and have two children, ages 20 and 22, one in the Navy. Clark is a VP of Operations in a medium-sized oil and gas company and Phyllis is a retired high school principal. We travel to the mountains with our children any opportunity that we have but life gets in the way so we travel there less frequently than we would like.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We purchased this property as a 'get-away' from the metro area of Denver. We fell in love with this condo because we ski during the winter, and often we will walk across the street to the rec. center to work out. Although we have an indoor/outdoor pool, the children also enjoy the rec. center with the pool with slide, basketball hoops, racquetball courts. We are fortunate of being the closest unit to the pool and the only real piece of yard in the summer for whiffle ball! Our cup of coffee in the morning, looking out a the forest is bliss. Unlimited wood for the fire place and a great manager has been a godsend.

We are just a 1/2 mile drive to City Market and across the street from the Rec. Center. Summers allow us a short bicycle ride to town or the shuttle service one block away to town or the slopes from dawn until the dusk or in the winter through at least 12:00 a.m. The forest is in our back yard. Claimjumper Condos were updated and completed during the summer of 2009 throughout the entire exterior, including new sidewalks, updated indoor/outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, new siding and windows throughout all units.
