A fully equipped kitchen has all your cooking needs covered with newer cabinets, appliances, and is open to the dining area with standalone table and 4 chairs. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and the updated bathroom is accessible from the main hallway.

Bedding: Sleeps up to 4 people. Queen in master - 2021 new Casper bed; and comfortable fold out King sofa sleeper in the living room.

The recreation center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table with table and chairs, small kitchenette with expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, table and chairs and computer station with free Wi-FI. The locker rooms are equipped with tiled floors, bathroom stalls, showers and lockers. The main pool and spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub. The small workout area has a weight room with treadmill and stationary bike.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
