Perfect location. South Kingstown town beach is just perfect. Convenient and perfect sand beach. Everything was as the listing says. Would stay again.

We were in the area for 2 nights to attend a wedding, and this house was perfect for our stay. Check-in was seamless, and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us in the 3 upstairs bedrooms. This house could easily accommodate several more guests. The location was very convenient to the Narragansett area, and we loved the small town feel of the Charlestown area. Although we did not have the opportunity to use it, the back yard was private with a firepit and a hot tub. We would stay here again if in the area.

Home was beautiful and very comfortable. The back yard had a little bit of trash on the ground but was very spacious. Close to multiple beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Cute house, perfect for our family trip. We really enjoyed the hot tub, the outdoor table, grill and fire pit. Lots of extra towels available which was great and the washer and dryer was essential. Check out was really easy and when we got locked out, the owner answered their phone immediately to help us. Thank you for a great stay!

This property was perfect. The house was very clean and had everything you could possibly need and then some. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Only 10 minutes from the beach. Would highly recommend.

Beach Vacation

Great coastal vacation

The house was perfect for our needs, clean, well equipped kitchen, great backyard with outdoor seating, grill, games and hot tub. A plus was two beach passes! The beaches are lovely. The host provided explicit information about the house and nearby activities. Overall, a really nice time with family!

Wonderful beach house!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed! Everything is brand new including the 6 person hot tub! Very close to neighbors but didn't see anyone during our stay. Perfect location for beaches, restraunts, and relaxing RI vacation! The hosts were very responsive as well. Highly recommend!

Great place!

Beautiful. well stocked kitchen with all the comforts of home. Really appreciated having the linens and towels delivered. Perfect night time lighting to find the restroom. Owners very quick to respond to questions. NO hesitation in going back.

Beautiful, sparkling clean, modern amenities.

We had a wonderful time and would stay at this beautiful property again in a heartbeat! Comfortable beds, the whole house was clean, relaxing and light. Loved the hot tub! The owner Troy was excellent at communicating and making sure everything was perfect. We appreciated the beach pass for free admission to the town beach. A+ all the way!

What a great place! This place is comfortable, modern, spacious, quiet and very well located for short rides to dining, beaches and stores. The owner(troy) was very helpful and gave us plenty of suggestions for dining and where to go for walks. We will be interested in returning during the warmer months. Thank you!
