Welcome to The Blue Desert Inn!

Come stay at our charming and spacious, newly remodeled home, right in the heart of Tempe. We are 10 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Tempe, and ASU.

Old Town Scottsdale, fantastic golf courses, hiking trails, and spring training grounds for the Cubs and Angels are also just minutes away.

We offer a relaxing atmosphere and comfortable rooms in a safe & quiet neighborhood that is great for families.

If you're a homebody, no problem. Enjoy an array of board and card games, the cozy fire pit, and play some corn hole, disc golf, or bocce. Or just kick back and watch some TV! Plenty to do in the house and nearby for the intro or extrovert.

Meyer Park includes a recently remodeled playground, baseball field, and large open space located within a 3-minute walk from the home. Perfect for walking the dog or letting the kids get out their energy!

Stayed for 3 nights with my 90 year old mother and a couple of other family members. We were in Tempe to attend a family reunion. The house was perfect for our stay. It was very comfortable and very well furnished with everything we could possibly need

The house was just as described. It has a beautiful backyard, perfect for grilling and enjoying dinner outside. The house is clean and hosts were kind. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in town!

Perfect spot for a few days with friends. Convenient location with easy access to airport and activities. House had everything we needed and the host was very communicative-even checked in with us to make sure we settled in and that all was well.

We had a wonderful week at Kirsten and Neven’s home in Tempe! Our family of four absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect with a safe neighborhood. The house was exceptionally clean, beautifully remodeled, and had everything we needed. Kirsten and Neven were excellent hosts and went above and beyond to be accommodating throughout our stay. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it!

Great kid friendly place to stay near lots of activities! Would recommend for families with children as it has all the bells and whistles, pack n play, high chair, two totes of toys, infant bath, and bed rail!

Great location close to ASU. Loved the yard and the house was well taken care of. The master bed was pretty firm, but that seems to be standard for most VRBOs lately. A pillow topper option would be great! The bed is also low, which didn't bother me, but may bother someone who is older or has mobility issues. Overall a great family friendly stay we enjoyed with our two dogs and kids.

Amazing house with a great yard for the dogs. The host was very accessible and helpful throughout the entire stay. Great location super cool area! Would book again anytime!

Awesome home!! Everything you need to cook an Easter meal and or to grill out. Very nice patio to enjoy Az weather. Very close to Tempe Market place, lots of shopping and restaurants. The home is very clean! Great communication with owner on check in and check out. Have stayed before and will go back again.

Super awesome vrbo! Place was exactly as advertised, and the check in and out was super easy! I would definetly recommend my friends and family this one because it's usually hard to find a vrbo in tempe that's legit.All in all, it was a 10/10 experience!

Beautiful home in great location!

Goodness, this home was lovely and perfect for our needs. We had a wonderful thanksgiving week with our Sun Devil. It was the best stocked VRBO house we’ve ever stayed in. They had everything we needed available.

Outstanding house in a excellent location

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. House is completely stocked with everything you would need for a short term stay. Excellent communication with the hosts before, during, and after our stay. Keyless entry enabled easy check in even with a very late arrival.

Perfect Tempe home and location

We loved this house and look forward to returning. Easy check in, lots of planning went into setting up this vrbo, kitchen fully stocked. The house is so clean and beds very comfortable. Great back yard, nice patio table and grill. Close to ASU and airport and great restaurants. The hosts are very helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Phoenix Open

We came for the Waste Management Tournament at TPC Scottsdale but this spot ended up being the hidden gem of the trip. Easy access to all parts of town with shopping, food, and golf courses only a short drive away
