Come and escape to our beautiful, newly remodeled home, right in the heart of Tempe. We are 10 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport, downtown Tempe, and ASU!

Old Town Scottsdale, fantastic golf courses, and spring training grounds for the Cubs and Angels are also just a short drive away.

We offer a relaxing atmosphere and comfortable rooms in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is great for families.

If you're a homebody, no problem. Enjoy an array of board and card games, soak in the pool, play some corn hole or bowl, check out our book collection, or just kick back and watch some TV! Plenty to do in the house and nearby for the intro or extrovert.

Pool Details: A safety high lock is installed on the sliding glass door to the backyard. We do not have a pool fence, so please consider this if you book with little children.
PLEASE NOTE: The pool is not heated so the prime swimming months are April to September. Pool service usually comes on Wednesday or Thursday at varied times.

We have a Ring Video Doorbell installed and it is on 24/7. It is located next to the kitchen door entry from the carport and its field of vision is facing out from the kitchen door, spanning the entire area of the carport, driveway, and street view.

We have a Nest Thermostat installed with temperatures ranging from 72 to 84 degrees available.

This property can accommodate 6 guests but, if you need to find lodging for more, we own 1 other vacation rental also in Tempe-- VRBO #2576659, Family Fun w/ Chef's Kitchen ~ Near ASU/Airport, which also sleeps 6 guests. They are 10 minutes away from each other.

My wife and I have been locals our entire lives so if you need any recommendations, please feel free to ask us.

Great Backyard

Great house, in a very QUIET neighborhood which was appreciated. Close to everything we needed to get to/o. Communication with the owners was great, received everything in a timely manner, and my questions were answered quickly. Two things however, there is a light on the TV in the primary bedroom (when turned off) that illuminates the whole room which made it hard to fall asleep. Also, I didn't love the 1-ply toilet paper. Thank you for letting us stay there - it was amazing.

Great Month-long Stay!

We enjoyed our extended stay in this well-stocked, clean, lovely house—the photos are accurate! The backyard was perfect for our dog and we enjoyed the patio and outdoor games with visiting family. The location was quiet and near a park for dog walks. The hosts were welcoming and responded immediately to our concerns/questions. We would book again!

ASU Homecoming/Thanksgiving

We came in for ASU Homecoming weekend, and since my senior at ASU could not come home for the holidays, we came to him and made a Thanksgiving feast for him and his roommates. I will say that we travel multiple times a year all over the US. Never ever have we stayed somewhere so throughly stock with all and any utensil, condiment, spice, gadget, appliance, toiletry item, household essential or bedding/bathroom supply. A super bonus is the ultra fabulous backyard that you would never have to leave if you didn't want too. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and close to amenities it is very easily a five star. Thank you Neven and Kirsten your impeccable home, along with your first rate communication and consideration, makes you no doubt first class host.

Great place

The place is amazing. Kitchen is well equiped. Bbq, pool, games, ready for both adult groups or families with children. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time here.

Amazing!!!!!

Everything we needed and more! Kitchen very well stocked with coffee and condiments. Had a great time in the backyard with games, bbq and pool. A little cold but still took a dip. Welcome book contained all the info we needed. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful place to spend time with family

We celebrated our daughter’s graduation from ASU with our extended family. The house was perfect to have a bbq and we loved the flow from kitchen to outdoor space. The hosts were extremely responsive when we had questions. They thought of every detail and we loved the central location and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

ASU Family Weekend

Great place for a family stay. Comfortable and roomy. Beautiful back yard and pool. Very well stocked kitchen that enabled a full Thanksgiving dinner. Highly recommend.

Quiet location, perfect for WFH, dog friendly, attentive host, and immaculately clean

I can't say enough wonderful things about the property and the host, Neven! The house was immaculately clean and every attention to detail was made to ensure we had a lovely stay. Gals: There is a hair straightener in the bathroom (!). And disposable razors! (Two of the things I needed but forgot to bring myself.) They've thought of everything. You know how you stay in homes with coffee makers but the host doesn't leave you any coffee? Not this one! And not just coffee -- creamer, half & half, honey, and sugar, too! There were so many wonderful things about this house, but the smallest attention to details like these made me fall in love with it. The hosts warn you that the pool is not heated, but let me tell you -- who cares?! It is still AMAZING! The cold plunge -- and by "cold," if you're like me and you're from way up north and "cold" is relative -- is exactly what you need after a 90+-degree day. Unlike most of the homes I looked at before booking this stay, this property doesn't charge extra for the pool, which was a huge bonus for us. Our dog loved the big yard, too! It's also a 5-min walk to awesome restaurants and a quick stroll to a beautiful park with a pond. Oh, and the internet speeds! FAST FAST FAST! I needed to WFH for a week while we were here. I wish I could get these same speeds at home. There was also a dedicated workspace that was ideal for me during the day. I could go on, but all you need to know is: Book this property!

Wonderful Home

This house was amazing! Went to visit our son at ASU. It's close to the campus, very clean and comfortable. Spacious inside and out, beds were super comfortable, pool very nice and clean. Loved that the kitchen was perfect and fully equip for cooking and had great options for cooking. Nice quiet neighborhood. Hosts were super, always checking in on us to make sure we didnt need anything Will definitely stay there again!
