The Space:
Lil Tip Sea, located directly on West Beach in Gulf Shores, AL features 8-bedroom, 8.5-baths. Professionally decorated in a coastal-elegant décor, this home sleeps 20 guests on three levels, making it ideal for a family gathering (children are welcomed) or corporate retreat. It has a private pool, beach-boardwalk, two laundry areas, large "kid’s den" or “secondary den” on the second level, large living/dining/kitchen area on the main level. Combine these luxuries with covered parking, BBQ area under the home, outdoor shower, and unparalleled views from one of five private balconies and you have a beach home that dreams are made of.

As you arrive at Lil Tip Sea, you will find covered parking for up to 4 vehicles under the home and parking for 2-4 more in the driveway. From here you will have immediate access to the private boardwalk or you may enter the home using the stairs or the elevator.

On the main level of the home guests will enjoy a large, open-concept kitchen, living and dining area with 180-degree beach views from the floor-to-ceiling windows, a common-area half-bath, two bedrooms, each with their own private bath, an expansive beachfront balcony with a private pool (pool can be heated for an extra fee), and beach boardwalk. The dining table will seat 8 guests, the kitchen island will seat 5 guests, and the outdoor dining table will seat 8. The beautifully decorated living area features an 85” TV, shiplap walls, and comfortable seating for 12. The fully stocked state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with ample dishes, cookware, and utensils, and features two sets of stainless appliances (two ovens, two side-by-side refrigerators, two dishwashers), granite counters, a coffee station with a regular maker and Keurig, and an icemaker. Just off the kitchen is a laundry area, a half-bath, and two queen guest rooms, each with private baths.

The second level of the home is a perfect spot for the family to enjoy some fun time with a separate den, two queen rooms and two king rooms. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom and the den has two sleeper sofas. The two king bedrooms feature a beach-front balcony stretching the width of the home.

The third level features a kitchenette, complete with small refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, coffee station, and dishes, located in the common area at the top of the landing, a queen guest room with attached bath, and the master suite. Pamper yourself in this LUXURIOUS master suite, compete with a king-sized bed, private gulf-front balcony, and attached spa bath. The bath features a double-vanity, a custom walk-in shower, expansive walk-in closet, large soaking tub with Gulf views from the bath.
