It's hard to leave Grand Sand! This home is perfect for multiple families traveling together due to our three separate areas.
We have three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first floor, and two bedrooms plus loft den area with sleeper sofa in upstairs street side with two bathrooms, and queen bedroom and bathroom with bunk/daybed loft in beachside upstairs. Bed/bath layout is follows:

We do have front and back security cameras that monitor the entrances and can be reviewed for security issues. We have smart TVs in each bedroom and living area with Roku channels.
