Recently updated! Grand Sand is one of the BEST properties on the beach in Gulf Shores, Alabama. Incredibly decorated with soaring high ceilings, 7 bedrooms (6 private bedrooms, plus bunk/daybed loft, plus upstairs den with sofa bed) and 6 bathrooms, right on the Gulf with private pool! NOT a duplex, this incredible property is ALL YOURS! The location could not be more perfect. It is less than 2 miles from Hwy 59--shops, restaurants, shopping, The Hangout--the heart of Gulf Shores! Yet just far enough away from condos and Hwy 59 for privacy during your beach retreat. Waves store, "Beach House" restaurant, Boudreaux Seafood, Janino's Pizza, and Island Ice Cream are within walking distance of this fabulous property. This home will be one you enjoy year after year. It's hard to leave Grand Sand! This home is perfect for multiple families traveling together due to our three separate areas.
We have three bedrooms and three bathrooms on the first floor, and two bedrooms plus loft den area with sleeper sofa in upstairs street side with two bathrooms, and queen bedroom and bathroom with bunk/daybed loft in beachside upstairs. Bed/bath layout is follows:

King down with private bath, custom tiled shower
King up with private bath, tub/shower
Two queens up -shares hall bath, tub/shower
Den loft up with sofa bed -shares hall bath, tub/shower

We do have front and back security cameras that monitor the entrances and can be reviewed for security issues. We have smart TVs in each bedroom and living area with Roku channels.
Come for the Fall, it's a GREAT time to be at the beach...incredible weather, fewer crowds, and fantastic rates!! Recently renovated!! Minimum age to book is 24.
100% refund if cancelled before 60 days of stay, less Cancellation fee of $200.

Ocean view from the east bedrooms. Beds were squeaky on west upstairs area. Cleaning crew had not dusted walls and several light bulbs burned out. A bit disappointed in pool as it was above ground pool with deck.

Wonderful Stay!

We stayed here because it hit every age group. Close to restaurants and other attractions. It was fabulous to get our family together for our 50th wedding anniversary.

GREAT beach house
The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The online listing was accurate making our stay very comfortable. Great communication from the homeowner. We would definitely go back.

Great place to stay!
We rented this property for a Christmas weekend gathering of 17 family menbers covering 4 generations....its was a terrific , clean, well stocked property and even in the exceptionally cold weather it served us well....plenty of space for gathering inside and/or outside without feeling overly crowded and plenty of sleeping/bathroom facilities.....found everything we needed for cooking and the two refrigerators handled our storage needs well....special thanks and kudos to the detail oriented and responsive owners!

Great Family Vacay
We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Sand! The house fit our needs and it was the perfect location on the beach. Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful spot. The back porch swing was the our favorite spot to relax in the evenings and look at the ocean view. We will be back in the future.

Ocean view properties
We had a very nice stay. House was clean . It was an overall great experience. Ocean view was great also. I would rent again.

Best vacation home!!
Loved the home! Spacious and very functional. Perfect fit for our family!! And dealing with the owners was the best experience ever! They were easily accessible!!

This home has 6 private bedrooms and two loft areas, one with bunks and a daybed with trundle bed and a separate loft with a sleeper sofa. There are 9 TVs throughout the home for evening enjoyment. There is a sandy area with swings under the home that is perfect for the kids to play out of the sun! We also have a porch swing on the back deck that overlooks the pool area. You can walk to get ice cream or dinner!
