Great view from our condos. Staff was very responsive when we needed more toiletries or paper products. We had some ice maker issues in one of the condos brought ice up to the room immediately.

Perfect views!!

This property is located in an ideal spot on the West side. The resort itself is a great place to take your family and friends. There were twenty-three of us in different units, but ours was used for a central gathering place. The BBQ on the deck was perfect as were the views. Will definitely go back to this location.

Paradise

We have stayed at Honua Kai many times and this trip was probably the best so far. Communication with Maui Resort Rentals was seamless, and they took care of any issues immediately. The only thing that I would say was a disappointment would be the updating that is needed in one of the condos. That is not on Maui Resort Rentals - it was just a bummer for us when one of the condos was definitely more updated than the other.

Stay was perfect! Both condos were in great conditions. The only gripes I have are fairly minimal. One was the limited availability of 2/3 of the elevators during our stay. 1 elevator was down the entire time. Another one was out 2-3 days approx. This could have been due to the recent storm, but unsure. The elevator that was down the entire time was out prior to the storm. I would ‘t care so much if my trip was only adults, but having 5 young children makes it difficult being on the 4th floor. Additionally the dryer in the units takes forever to dry. I know this because they are ventless dryers…however I would put a larger disclaimer or sign on the dryer to let patrons know. Overall I enjoyed the entire stay. I do plan on staying there in the future for family trips if available!

Great views. A couple of light bulbs needed replacement. Those should haver been replaced prior to our arrival. Nice property.

The condos were perfect!

Everything was great! From the condos themselves to the extra toilet paper and coffee. All was perfect. The beach was wonderful and so close. We all snorkel and there was great snorkeling just 5 minutes away, plenty of fish and turtles. Sunsets were awesome right at the resort. All in all a really great visit to Maui for all 6 of us!!
