Hands down the best rental we’ve stayed at! The house was absolutely perfect! Super clean, great location, the host was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. We’ll definitely be back!

Everything was terrific. The place was exactly as described. Spacious, clean, pool is larger than it looks in the pictures. And very close to a great beach.

The home is wonderful and has everything you could need for vacation stay.The location, so close to the ocean is super convenient.The host is the best, quick to respond, and extremely accommodating.Highly recommend, we had a wonderful time!

We had the best time visiting St. Augustine for my 50th birthday!! The house was everything that was advertised. It was beautiful, clean, fully stocked with any and all appliances and the pool was perfection..heated and clean!! Would definitely recommend to anyone ./

We had an incredible time staying at this beautiful Vrbo property in St. Augustine Beach! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described (and even better in person). The home was spotless, well-stocked with essentials, and had a cozy, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home.

Beautiful house

Lovely place - a short walk or drive to the beach. The kids loved the beach and the heated pool!! We all enjoyed our stay The owner was very friendly and easy to reach with questions!! We would recommend this place to family or friends!

Lovely House Close to the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Jimmy’s house. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, with a heated pool and friendly neighbors and plenty of space and privacy for 3 generations of my family. Jimmy is responsive, kind and a great host.

Crescent Beach 2023

The house was great and we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and had all the amenities need for 6 adults on a two week stay. The host Jimmy, was very responsive and easy to contact.

Great Stay!

Jimmy was a great host. He was very thoughtful and welcoming. The house was well decorated, clean, comfortable, and spacious. We enjoyed the pool every day and the beach was a short walk away. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful time. The location was perfect . The beach was right across the street and a great little restaurant on the corner. The ice cream shop in the little strip mall was a nightly favorite. The pool was a perfect temperature and a nice break from the beach. Would definitely go back!

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was well equipped for anything you may need while staying near the beach. Kitchen had plenty of tools/equipment to cook anything you may want. Also, lots of towels and supplies were provided for use while staying there. Very clean and great location. Close to beach and restaurants and we greatly enjoyed cooling off in the pool.

Wonderful time, house set up perfectly, very clean , pool was fantastic. The owner Jimmy is readily available and easy to reach. He is a very thoughtful host . We had everything we needed for a perfect week

Perfect home, great pool!

This house was so welcoming and spacious, with a perfect layout for being together or for finding a little space of one's own. Jimmy was an amazing host - more than responsive, he also regularly reached out and was helpful with everything. We had a ton of fun at the pool! Kitchen was well stocked for smoothie bars!

All the superlatives!

My family needed a place to stay when we came in town for a family wake/funeral. This home was fantastic for our needs. We slept well, had plenty of space to get ready, and really enjoyed coming back to decompress together. We prepared a dinner and had a nice swim. Jimmy’s communication was exceptional. If your family needs a place to gather, this is it. Clean, comfortable, convenient. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

This was our second year and we will be back again:) Jimmy is the absolute best. His home is beautiful and the pool was warm and clean. The short walk across the street to the beach was easy and fun thanks to the wagon and extra beach toys:) thank you, Jimmy! 🌞

My favorite part about this property is parking my car and never touching my keys. I walk or ride a bike to almost everything. An occasional trip to the grocery store, or a night out in Historic Downtown St Augustine is the only time I leave.
