It’s a beautiful house. Walking to the beach was super easy and less than 1 minute there’s also a convenience store across the street that’s very accessible. The host answered all our questions quickly.

The house appeared to be very new and had everything we needed. The pool was a great place to hang out and relax. The beach was a short walk and everything we needed was provided at the house. The beach was not crowded and we had plenty of room to pick a spot and enjoy the day. Will definitely stay here again.

Very clean and new home that was very well kept. Super close to the beach and safe neighborhood, would definitely recommend and would stay there again without hesitation.

Convenient beach location

We had a great stay with our adult children. House is an easy walk to beach and quick drive to St Augustine activities. House is clean and well equipped. Check in was easy and owners respond quickly.

Excellent Accomodations

Very happy with accommodations and most important to us is cleanliness! Spotless! Had everything we needed for 2 night stay. 2 minute walk to beach. All was perfect. Would stay again hands down. Host was excellent communicating and very accommodating!

Crescent beach trip

House beautiful! Inside decor very “Florida”. Beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon were perfect for trips to beach. Property owners did wonderful job with the build of this house so close to the beach. Highly recommend to anyone who might be fortunate to secure a booking!

Great pace to stay

The place was clean and well maintained. We had a problem with the code at check in, but the host responded promptly and solved the issue right away. It’s a block from Crescent Beach, which we enjoyed very much. They also provided beach towels, chairs, and bathroom toiletries that we really appreciated.we would stay there again!

The House was Clean and Perfect Location

2 suggestions would be to have a small vacuum available to vacuum up tracked in sand and also to have a hose to rinse things off after the beach other than that it was well stocked and perfect🥰

Awesome location. Beautiful home.

We had a great time at the house. Spacious, clean, close to the beach. Would recommend a cooking grill and blinds on dinning room slider door. Since ppl sleep downstairs. Would definitely go back. Thanks

Beautifully appointed hone

This home is a must see . Perfect location easy walk to and from the beach ! Beautifully appointed they have thought of everything . We were there for spring break with two 16 year olds and 17 year old they were for sure entertained between the beach , ping pong table , darts and corn hole . Short drive to St. Augustine and plenty of great restaurants close by . We will certainly be back ! Thanks for so many memories !!

Staycation

This was by far a 5 star retreat. Very private & quiet. The property actually (first time this has ever happened) exceeded our expectations compared to photos!! We were one row of GORGEOUS houses in from the water - literally a 1 minute walk to the beach. We are born & raised Florida Crackers & have stayed in many vacations rentals - this one is the absolute best to date. We were a short drive to downtown St Augustine, but weren’t there to get into crowds. So yes you can get as busy or low key as you want. Perfect getaway & I HIGHLY recommend this place - Oh & look out the back doors to the bushes on the left - hummingbirds everywhere!!! Thank you

Great location to beach with lots of beach items available ( wagons, toys, umbrella, chairs). Pool was a wonderful addition to the trip. Master bedroom was comfortable, big master bath too. If you plan to cook while on the trip, can opener does not work well. Furniture in the den is not super comfortable. Plenty of seating for eating with family. I would definitely stay here again.
