The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed for a restful stay. The spacious living area includes bunk beds for smaller children and a queen sleeper sofa, making it perfect for families or groups. Smart TV's in the living room and both bedrooms provide entertainment, and the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker.

Located in a gated oceanfront community, you're just steps from the beach and a short walk to Coligny Plaza, where you’ll find fantastic restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Right across the street is the Lowcountry Celebration Park, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. Bikes and beach chairs are included, making it easy to explore the island and enjoy the outdoors. We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Onsite amenities include a sundeck, pool, and grilling area, offering everything you need for a relaxing beach getaway!

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Our complex is 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property.

Can only occupy 2 parking spots. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 2 parking permits will be issued, don't block anyone in. Please let us know if you need the second parking pass.
