Welcome to a 3bd/2ba home perfectly located to everything you want to do in Tucson!
Recently renovated and newly furnished! This house is a private oasis, tucked away in the historic Broadmore neighborhood. This quiet neighborhood has biking and walking paths and the lush Arroyo Chico wash is steps from the house. The Broadmore neighborhood is known as the pioneer of urban forestry in Tucson and has many large trees and beautiful desert vegetation throughout the neighborhood. Whether it’s walking, biking or driving we are only minutes away from anywhere you would like to go!

While at the house you can relax in ultimate comfort! Enjoy conversation while reclining in new lazyboy furniture. Every room has a memory foam mattress with adjustable base and the master bedroom has private patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to make a great meal. You can also enjoy that meal or drinks on the large, extended patio or at the fire pit on a cool evening. Bar b queuing is a must! You can also enjoy our newly installed 3 hole putting green. The yard is large with pet friendly desert landscaping and there is plenty of room to run around for the kids.The home is also equipped with a whole home UV air purifier that filters viruses, allergens, mold, pet dander, dust and cooking smells. When you stay here you will find yourself refreshed for your Tucson adventures or business endeavors.

Things to know:
- We love and respect our neighbors. Quiet time is between 10pm to 8am.
- “Little hands touch our floor so please leave your shoes at the door”. Please remove your shoes while in the house.

My husband and I, plus daughter and son-in-law, were in Tucson for a wedding. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond when we had a slight plumbing issue. The rental was tastefully furnished and we felt comfortable entertaining friends and family for short periods of time. The neighborhood was quiet, thus we all slept well. We would stay there again,

We stayed at this lovely home while moving our son into U of A. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe (and just a 5 minute drive from campus!). The house was very well appointed and had everything well labeled. The house was clean and well maintained, the owners were very communicative, We loved this house and will absolutely try to book it again fo future trips to visit our son!!

Perfect spot!

Such a clean, nice ,updated house with a cute backyard. House was well stocked with everything you might need. Comfortable beds too!! Came to Tucson to watch my son play ball against UofA. This cute place is less than a 5 min drive to the ballpark which was a huge bonus. Hosts were so accommodating. Highly recommend!!

Perfect

We stayed for 3 weeks mostly to golf and hike and enjoy good food. The VRBO was in a central location, with groceries at and food nearby. Also very quiet. A comfortable house and well stocked. We’ll be back!

Great house in the perfect location.

We loved this house! We stayed here while moving my daughter into U of A. Plenty of space for the whole family, close to campus and shopping. Would highly recommend and we will stay here again next time.

Best rental in Tucson

We go to Tucson yearly for a month and have always felt like something was missing in the other rentals we’ve stayed at. Thomas’s rental is amazing, incredibly well equipped/stocked, very comfortable and clean. The host was great and very responsive to anything.

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean and modern with lots of cute touches. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked. Beds were comfy and the back yard had some nice lights that made it special!

Weekend in Tucson

Had a really nice stay at this lovely home. Everything was clean and comfortable. Location was great and close to everything we wanted to do. If I ever return I’d love to stay there again .

Great Hosts comfortable clean home!

We were visiting Tucson for a dog show and this property had a great fenced yard, quiet neighborhood great location. Property was exceptionally clean and well stocked to cook! Our car broke down on our way here and needed to add an extra night , They were very accommodating and willing to help! We will definitely stay here next year!

Great little getaway spot in Tucson

The house was very cute and clean, amenities were fantastic as well as the location for our needs. Thomas the owner was very helpful with everything and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great spot to stay. Will absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable & Clean!

Only stayed one night, but we were so impressed by the little touches throughout that made it incredibly comfortable. We did have an issue with the water, but the owner was quick to respond. Very happy to have stayed here on a much-needed respite over a long drive.

Wonderful!

This property has everything you need and more! It was quite roomy and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked too! These hosts have literally thought of everything. The location was perfect and the neighborhood is quiet. We really enjoyed staying here. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tucson.

Weekend getaway

Really enjoyed this home. Very thoughtful with the little details that made such a big difference such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry soap. Plenty of blankets, towels, beds comfortable, ac works great, loved the kitchen (well equipped) and my dogs loved the backyard. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Highly recommend!

This VRBO was excellent. We stayed here for a month. There was lots of little extras like plastic wrap and spices which we appreciated not having to run out and buy. The first morning we were at Thomas’s place we looked all over for a tea kettle. We contacted Thomas and he bought one along with tea. The backyard was fantastic! We hope to stay here again next year.

Great Abode

Host was very responsive. Check-in was easy peasy! But mostly this house is so lovely. You can tell its been renovated with cate and intention. Every drawer and cabinet is labeled! So organized! Adorable backyard. We were there for the Gem Show and this house is perfectly located for easy access to all the shows. Highly recommended

Absolute perfection!

My family was in town for a funeral, and I’m so grateful we found this lovely home to stay in. It is beautifully remodeled with very high end finishes and decorating. It is the most organized home we have ever stayed in (and we’ve stayed in countless homes all over the country). Every item is clean, brand new and in perfect working condition. Thomas Nogales is extremely responsive and flexible. The location is very central to all Tucson has to offer. Thank you for making a difficult time for my family so comfortable.

Broadmoor Broadway

We (4adults) stayed for three nights and couldn’t have been happier. We were all blown away by the attention to detail. There was not one thing that the owner hadn’t planned for from baby equipment, clear markings on everything, a well equipped laundry room to a completely stocked kitchen with everything one might need. The home was immaculate, well decorated and comfortable. The outdoor area in the back is awesome too and perfect for a family or to entertain. The neighborhood was very quiet as well and central to many tourist destinations. The home owners were wonderful and got back to me immediately when I had a question. Check in and out were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend!

This home is a gem and the owners are wonderful

From the moment of check in, we have been impressed and grateful for all the thoughtful touches to this property. You’ll be hard pressed to find any rental as clean and well stocked with everything you need and such a great location. The hosts thought of everything. It really does feel like what vrbo intended- like you’re a guest in someone’s home. It’s a peaceful retreat that is beautifully appointed. The dog run was also an added bonus, as was the great work space in the main room for remote work. I also want to add, that the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our family from day 1. The amount of amenities for parents of young children, is more than I expected. Just like the rest of the home, the hosts have thought of what you’d need for a toddler/young children. I can’t think of any thing that could have made the trip any better and or feel any more cared for than we do. We can’t wait for our next trip to Tucson! Thank you!! 😊

You will want to stay here!

The owners know how to create a welcoming environment. The location of this house is relatively close to downtown. It was easy to access the main streets. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only sound that affected my sleep was the train whistle. There’s not much that can be done about that and I was the only one bothered by it. Since it was the Christmas season, the neighbors decorated by putting cows on the roof. So creative! The house was very clean and had modern finishes. It had a very comfortable living room and good-sized kitchen. The kitchen was not used much, but had everything needed and well-marked for easy location. The beds were comfortable and the heat pump kept the temperature pleasant. The closets are a little small, but that would only be an issue for a long term rental. The bathrooms had little bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc. like you would find in a hotel. There were towels, washcloths and hand towels for each person in our party. The backyard was nice with well-arranged sitting areas and a privacy fence. Here are some things to be aware of….The entry code is a little funky, make sure to press the numbers slowly and accurately. The water may take a little time to warm up, so run it for a few minutes. On a final note, if this rental could be compared to a college term paper, it would receive an A.

The best possible stay in Tucson. We stayed there for soccer tournament and the place is 9 minutes from Kino sports park. The communication was fantastic and the place was perfect. Clean, well maintained on a quiet street.

Super Place. One would NOT need ANYTHING but food & drinks. Immaculately clean. All beds have an adjustable base to raise the head up & down. PLUSH bedding, blankets & plenty of towels. The backyard is very inviting. It is lit up on a timer. A small putting area. Seating galore. A swing..and other items one might need. The owner .....was extremely helpful with instructions in unlocking the home. Can't believe it..we happened to have a connections with Thomas the owner. The People he knew WE knew. What a small world. Will definitely return when my sisters & I are in Tucson again.
