Great place to stay near Poipu beach with many beach essentials like two snorkel sets, some boggie boards, and four beach chairs. There's two balconies, one oversees the ocean and great sunsets! Definitely great for families.

Great condo with everything we needed and fantastic kitchen for those who want to cook meals. Our June trip was warm in the afternoon in the condo but fans cooled it down for a comfortable place to sleep.

Amazing place our first stay in Kauai

This was an great choice for our first stay in Kauai! It was close to the amazing beaches at Poipu and a great location for accessing the rest of the island and our scheduled activities.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying here. We could walk to the beach. It was quiet. The property manager was great too.

Great stay. Loved the unit. Maintenance needs to work on the bedroom door that opens to the living room and does not shut and the slider to the balcony is a little rough to open

Very nice location

Very nice condo with easy access to poipou beaches. Weather can get a bit hot with no AC but the fans provided do help. Loved having access to washer/dryer

Wonderful Condo and Location

We had a great time. The condo was spacious, the beds comfortable and the amenities were as described. Great view of the ocean from the balcony ... we saw whales :-)

Great place to spend a few nights

We stayed here a few nights prior to checking into our Marriot Vacation Club down the street. Good location especially if you like to boogy board at Brenecke's Beach. Did not realize this unit does not have AC but other than that, unit was fine.

Beautiful stay in Poipu!

We absolutely loved our stay at Parrish and would love to return. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful and the perfect way to wake up in the morning. There were two beaches within 10-15 minutes walking and the host left some beach equipment to use. The staff was very responsive when our microwave broke. Overall a wonderful stay, would highly recommend!

Hidden gem

The property was clean and close to the beach. Each room had a fan which we left on because there is no air conditioning. The afternoon sun comes directly into the condo, but we pulled the lanai blinds down before we left for the day which helped. My family would stay again.

Very nice and comfortable condo

Very happy with the view from the balcony! We found everything we needed in the kitchen for our stay ... though we really didn't cook. The only (very slight) issue was that the neighbors on the nearby balconies could be kind of loud, but by 8:00 p.m. everyone quieted down :-). Overall, it was a very comfortable accommodation and we would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The view

The view is spectacular, the condo is very nice and comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with dishes and most small appliances one would need. This condo is a short walk to the beach. And did I mention the view ( Lol) so relaxing to sit on the Lani sipping morning coffee as it gets daylight watching the waves. We have been to this island many times before and I think we like this condo the best.

1st time in Kauai

Very clean accommodations. As described. We were referred to this property and it did not disappoint. Excellent proximity to beaches, golf and dining. We forgot a jacket and Kevin promptly retrieved it and is shipping it to our home. Till next time! Mahalo, Mitchell

Great stay with Parrish Kauai at Nihi Kai

We had a great stay at Nihi Kai Villas! The property was even better than we imagined. The location could not be beat...so close to the beach yet the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We loved spending time on the balcony with the lovely view and sounds of the ocean. We enjoyed using the tennis courts just before they were resurfaced. (We'd love to come back and play on the updated courts!) The staff at Parrish Kauai were very friendly and welcoming. We hope to stay with them again sometime!
