Property was great as advertised. The check in was great and offered concierge services were amazing. Location was fantastic with great beaches and restaurants very near! The main area isn’t air conditioned and the beach breeze was ok, but be aware. The bedrooms were all air conditioned and positively chilly at night which was welcomed! The pool was perfect and neighborhood was great. Highly recommend renting a golf cart though! Really appreciated the care packaged good on arrival really set the tone!

The pool was a huge plus for our grandkids. We spent lots of time there between beach visits. The kitchen was well equipped and the snacks and breakfast supplies were much appreciated. The location was great. We loved being in Punta Sur as opposed to the North Beach area. Lots of great restaurants nearby and nice quiet beaches just a few blocks away on the other side of the island. Capi’s property management did a great job tending to anything we asked.

What a beautiful property, gorgeous view, it is all exactly as described! Home was clean, the welcome package (wine, beer, snacks, breakfast items) was generous and very appreciated. The team was always a quick text message or call away and very responsive. We would love to return to this home, it was a great set up for the 7 of us. Quiet part of the island, cool breeze off the ocean, great pool. Highly recommended!

Could not be better. If it's hot on Isla, it's never hot at Casa de las Olas. A constant strong breeze and great cross ventilation make it comfortable at all times. The bedrooms are situated so all guests have privacy and quiet. The view is spectacular. We were so glad to be on this end of island away from chaos of downtown.

We try to visit Isla annually and stay in a house near Punta Sur. The views of the Caribbean were stunning, the house was well equipped, and the check-in and check-out were seamless. Highly recommend Casa De Las Olas to anyone visiting Isla.

Casa de la Olas was a lovely oasis for our week long family holiday! Everyone had their own space and the dining/kitchen area big enough to share. The pool has a great mix of sun and shade and there are many lovely spots to relax on the property. Sunrises were spectacular! Getting around the island by taxi was effortless. Dave was very prompt and easy to communicate with as was the local property management crew. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back - a fabulous week at Casa de las Olas!

We loved our stay at Casa De Las Olas. The house is beautiful, spacious, very well maintained, equipped, clean, comfortable and with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea.The staff does an outstanding work keeping the house pristine and they quickly respond in case of any question concerning the house.Definitively we’ll be back when visiting Isla Mujeres again.

Perfect house in a beautiful, oceanfront spot, on the quiet part of Isla Mujeres.

First time on Isla and definitely made the right lodging choice- great spot for a view and relaxation, but an easy golf cart ride to good restaurants and the busier part of the Island. Would stay at Casa de las Olas again!

Whoa...what a beautiful property!!

We totally enjoyed the back deck everyday, we loved the pool, all the little extras were very appreciated, we would definately stay there again!!

We stayed here for five nights with our two older children. Home is beautiful, clean, well stocked, and has gorgeous ocean views and breeze. There is something special about staying on the south end of the island, away from the tourist traps of the north. With the help of our golf cart (which i suggest is a required amenity if you book), we had a chance to explore the entire island and really get to enjoy the local food and culture. Owners will refer a terrific concierge (Lupita), who can arrange all of your transportation, day trips, and activities. One of our highlights was a simple food tour we did by golf cart thr evening of our arrival. It gave us a chance to find some hidden gems that we never would have found on our own.

Amazing view

Lovely home with beautiful ocean view in quiet area of the island. Loved hearing the waves, feeling the ocean breeze and watching the sunrise each morning. Pool was great and the kitchen well stocked.

Beautiful Villa!
