Conveniently located off the 321 Parkway in the Mountain Shadows Resort of Gatlinburg, HEART & SOUL is a single level, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath cabin with over 1,400 square feet of charming and cozy spaces. The cabin is nestled in the back of the resort surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains and grants access to resort amenities such as 2 seasonal swimming pools, a playground & a community pavilion.

Family Getaway

My family and I loved our stay here. The house was very well stocked on coffee and paper supplies, we didn’t need to purchase anything other than our food for our stay. It was so nice that the house had a high chair and playpen for us to use. And our toddler loved it here. If we went out in town, he kept asking us “can we go back to the house?” Haha. He especially loved the hot tub.

Winter Wonderland

We stayed here Presidents’ Day week and had a blast! This cabin is absolutely beautiful. Everything was top-notch and spotless. We could not have asked for a better place for our stay in Gatlinburg. It’s close to everything! We enjoyed the arcade game table top. We were lucky enough to have a snowstorm while we were here and got to enjoy a winter wonderland. It was beautiful on the back deck in the hot tub overlooking all of the snowy trees. We look forward to hopefully coming back to this cabin again.

The hot tube was ice cold never would warm up even after following directions sent at check in. Sent messages with no reply. My daughter needed itafter play ball all day

Getvaway for my autistic son

We really enjoyed the location. I take my son on a mountain cabin trip every January for a few days. He is autistic and wants to "get away" fir a few days. He enjoyed the pac man gamevand being in acquiet location.

Cozy cabin!

Very clean amd comfortable. The only downside was that the main road was a bit noisy early in the morning, but not a deal breaker. We enjoyed our stay!

Picture perfect weekend

It was the perfect cabin stay for me and my wife's annual January getaway. Clean, roomy, even had the Christmas tree still up which made it all the more better. We will defiantly come back to this cabin. Thank you Shane!

Cabin is beyond perfect

This cabin was absolutely perfect. It was spotless, cozy and the hosts were such a pleasure to interact with. The beds were also very comfortable. Great location, quiet, peaceful area. We would absolutely stay here again.

Christmas in the mountains

What a cabin! The hosts are super friendly and responsive. The cabin is perfect for all ages. My son loved the multicast game station. You absolutely MUST book this place.

Winter Vacay

Cabin was wonderful and described exactly as stated in listing. It met all my family's needs during our stay and was cozy to return to after a day of exploring the area. We didn't get the chance to use the hot tub as the weather was just too cold or rainy for us. The only minor complaint would be the proximity to the main road. The traffic could be heard from the bedrooms at night, but it wasn't a big issue for us. There was plently of room in the cabin for us to just relax when we had time to. Personal heaters helped keep the bedrooms warm at night when temperatures dropped. Very happy with our stay.

Lack of shower

With two married couples we had to share the shower. We still enjoyed our stay but would of been nice to have a shower in both bathrooms. Hope you have a good Christmas

Cozy Cabin Retreat in Gatlinburg- a perfect stay!

We recently stayed in a cabin in Gatlinburg, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The home was beautifully cozy, fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and included thoughtful amenities like a hot tub and fireplaces that made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were exceptional—they went above and beyond to provide helpful tips, including options for grocery delivery, which was incredibly convenient. For those who prefer to shop in person, there’s also a nearby grocery store. Overall, this cabin offered everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely rent this property again. Highly recommend!

Cute cabin

Enjoyed our stay in this quiet community. Very cozy. Had the best sleep! Only suggestion, adding an additional shower above the jacuzzi tub so we’re not all sharing one shower. Great if you have kids who love baths. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place

A coworker and I stayed at the cabin last week for work. We were able to get plenty of rest on our time off and access to the cabin was very easy. We were driving a 16ft work truck and we were able to get in and out fine. Would definitely stay again.

Soccer at Rocky Top family weekend

We had the most amazing stay in the Smokies! This cabin was situated very close to the Sports park as well as grocery, restaurants and all of our needs. However when at the cabin we were in the midst of the beautiful mountains! Perfect for our family! Everyone loved the classic pac man machine, grandparents, adults and grandson!! All of the notices about bears are real! We had the experience of seeing one searching for food. It was amazing!! Very kind and responsive hosts. Thank you

Love this cabin!

We were only here for short time due to weather but I’m so glad we made it! It was just what we needed after a long day of driving. The cabin smelled so good when we walked in, the lamps were all on and it was so cozy!!! We are hoping to come back and spend more time soon!!

Honeymoon

We booked our cabin for our little honeymoon weekend get away, and it was the best stay we have had in a while. The cabin was beautiful and the property owners were super nice and helpful! Will be definitely staying here in the future!

Wonderful cabin

What an amazing place! We really enjoyed our stay, the cabin was just as described. The hosts were quick to respond when we contacted them. We had so much fun in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Came back in the evenings to enjoy the pool to cool off and even used the hot tub. We relived our 80’s childhood and played video games too. So much fun!

This was a great place to stay. Have stayed in several cabins. This one was by far the cleanest, neatest, great customer service. Was having a little issue with hot tub. Messaged owner and they sent someone promptly, fixed issie and messaged to make sure everything was good. Will definitely stay again. If looking for a nice get a wau, this one is the one to choose !!!!!!!

The cabin we stayed at was clean and ready on time. My family enjoyed their stay and we saw several bears. The host was very attentive and answered all our questions. Great cabin and the listing was very accurate.
