Conveniently located off the 321 Parkway in the Mountain Shadows Resort of Gatlinburg, HEART & SOUL is a single level, 2 Bedroom/2 Bath cabin with over 1,400 square feet of charming and cozy spaces. The cabin is nestled in the back of the resort surrounded by the Great Smoky Mountains and grants access to resort amenities such as 2 seasonal swimming pools, a playground & a community pavilion.

Pleasantly Surprised

We loved our stay! Wished we had more nights. The hot tub on patio and outside table sitting area and swing and rocking chair were pleasant to enjoy morning coffee and cocktails. We enjoyed the game machine for a blast from the past and a game all of us could play. Blinds closed well and the rooms was dark so easy to sleep in. Hot tub bath was also plenty big. This place was so clean it was outstanding. We will be back!

Family vacation

Spacious cabin, very clean, lots of little kitchen & bathroom amenities were supplied such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and keurig cups and creamers ect… Loved the swing on front porch! Drank my coffee every morning there! Saw a black bear walk right by our cabin! Kids loved the jacuzzi out on back deck! Would definitely stay again!

Great Location

We had an amazing stay. The place is huge! The rooms are spaced apart! Entrance to the balcony from each bed room! I would definitely book this location again!

Great vacation

We had a great time. The cabin location was very easy to get to. It was close t9 town but away from the crowds. We are noth in our late 60s so the one floor layout was perfect for us. Although it rained most of the time we were there was still plenty to do. We visit the Smokies every year and would definately stay here again!

Great weekend get away!

We loved the house! It was the perfect size for our family. Our grandaughter had plenty of room to play and loved the porch swing. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed for a great weekend. weeknd.Thank you

Family Vacation

Great family vacation! The cabin was beautiful! This was my son’s first trip to the Smokey Mountains. We had been before with our family when we were younger. The nostalgia was great to experience with our son. We missed Pop (my dad) not being with us since he passed but we knew he was with us in spirit. We were thankful my mom came with us and we enjoyed spending time together as a family. Our son (age 8) loving the cabin (playing pac-man, checkers, the big tub, and hooking up his play station). He loved the Gem mine, Hillbilly golf, Dollywood and going over the mountain. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! The Jefcoat’s/Mitchell’s

Cozy cabin!

Very clean amd comfortable. The only downside was that the main road was a bit noisy early in the morning, but not a deal breaker. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice Cabin with Convenient Access to Gatlinburg

Getvaway for my autistic son

We really enjoyed the location. I take my son on a mountain cabin trip every January for a few days. He is autistic and wants to "get away" fir a few days. He enjoyed the pac man gamevand being in acquiet location.

Picture perfect weekend

It was the perfect cabin stay for me and my wife's annual January getaway. Clean, roomy, even had the Christmas tree still up which made it all the more better. We will defiantly come back to this cabin. Thank you Shane!

Christmas in the mountains

What a cabin! The hosts are super friendly and responsive. The cabin is perfect for all ages. My son loved the multicast game station. You absolutely MUST book this place.

Family Getaway

My family and I loved our stay here. The house was very well stocked on coffee and paper supplies, we didn’t need to purchase anything other than our food for our stay. It was so nice that the house had a high chair and playpen for us to use. And our toddler loved it here. If we went out in town, he kept asking us “can we go back to the house?” Haha. He especially loved the hot tub.

Winter Wonderland

We stayed here Presidents’ Day week and had a blast! This cabin is absolutely beautiful. Everything was top-notch and spotless. We could not have asked for a better place for our stay in Gatlinburg. It’s close to everything! We enjoyed the arcade game table top. We were lucky enough to have a snowstorm while we were here and got to enjoy a winter wonderland. It was beautiful on the back deck in the hot tub overlooking all of the snowy trees. We look forward to hopefully coming back to this cabin again.
