You are also a short Uber/Taxi away from Broadway if you are coming into town to celebrate or catch a concert/sporting event!

Family vacation

Great weekend. A lot of stairs especially with 3 -2 year olds. Plenty of room. Having more than 1 towel per person would be better but washer and dryer helped with that. Garage too small to park anything but a compact car. Plenty of street parking. Great location

Nice and modern in convenient location

Home was perfect for our needs for the weekend. Convenient location to get to downtown and other sites by car. Kitchen could have been stocked better and mattresses were a bit uncomfortable but otherwise plenty of bed space for everyone and a great stay for our group! Loved the rooftop!

Perfect location

We had such a great stay! We were in town for a baseball tournament, and rented this condo for our stay. Property was clean, convenient, and located close to all the attractions! Only thing I would suggest from the owners is more towels for 12 guests! Will def stay again!

Comfortable and spacious

This was the perfect place for a group to experience Nashville for the first time. Some good restaurants and conveniences within walking distance and a quick walk to Centennial Park. Short car ride to downtown and the airport. Overall a great place.

Perfect space for bachelorette

Space was perfect for 11 of us. 3 full bathrooms was ideal for the group. Rooftop was nice to have as additional space. Would definitely stay again should we return to Nashville.

Great neighborhood and nice place. Only thing I think could be improved on is the upstairs Queen room's mattress. Otherwise, perfect!

Wonderful

Great location, loved the rooftop experience. Went for a Bachelorette party and we were able to be comfortable amd not feel on top of each other. Left belongings behind when we checked out and the host made sure to mail to me. We recommend if staying in Nashville.

Great location, great property, everything you need in close proximity. Three levels so your not to close to your other guess!! Matt was gracious enough to let us stow our bags early as it was raining so we did not have to drag them around with us.

Could have not had a better time staying at this beautiful property! The owner is the nicest man who accommodated various needs! The house is beautiful! I love the rooftop especially at 7:30-8:00 … best time for sunset pics! So close to downtown , 10 min Ubers which were very cheap! We are so appreciative of Mat and his place!

Garage parking and privacy

The garage was a bonus I wasn't expecting...especially when it was a storm and we needed to unload tons of luggage. Convenient location to Vanderbilt, downtown, Green Hills...and a quick walk to Five Daughters and great coffee. Quiet neighborhood. Large dining area was very comfortable for our party and the rooftop cornhole was another nice bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.with our party of 6, but several more would be very comfortable as well. The four stories helped us get our steps in and the hard floors made the home feel clean and fresh.

Beautiful Home

The property is beautiful. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. The kitchen is also large with many amenities. It is fairly close to Downtown Nashville. Easy Uber ride. The nearby neighborhood is under renovation with quite a bit of construction (no noise though). So, if you want to take a walk, it's not scenic in any way. Otherwise a very nice place to stay for 4 couples

Sons 21st birthday

First of all Excellent communication from owners. Quick responses - very helpful. This place has so much potential but truly needs some tlc and some basic necessities added to the home especially in the kitchen. We had a wonderful stay. Plenty of room. Great location. Great layout. Loved the rooftop. But the walls are just so beat up. The home was great for what we needed - my son had the best 21st Birthday in Nashville.
