Remodeling in Dec. 2020. 10 minutes to RIT, close to many amenities.Beautiful and quiet 13,500 sf lawn yard with 2 drive ways. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Mostly hardwood floor. New modern furniture including luxury memory foam mattresses with king and queen beds. Enjoy Roku programs and movies on your 50” High Def TV & Netflix. Henrietta House is a lovely home you want to book for all your Rochester visits!

A Very Pleasant Stay

Wonderful home & location!

We stayed at Henrietta House for 8 days and it worked perfectly for us and what we needed “home base” to be. If you need a place to stay for a week+, we highly recommend this home. The owner was attentive and very sweet for checking in on us during our stay. We absolutely love the neighborhood and took advantage of evening walks. Very lovely time overall and will definitely be back!

The property was clean, all of the appliances worked great, and there was plenty of parking. This was exactly what we needed for our trip.

Loved it! No stress.

Everything we needed was provided. We were able to spend time relaxing and visiting with friends. The house was cozy and close to dozens of places to shop and eat. If you stay here you must go to Wegmans!

A Great Place to Stay

This house continues to be a comfortable place to stay. It’s got a great location, is clean and nicely appointed with everything we needed. There’s a reason we keep coming back and staying in this property; it all boils down to our expectations being met, combined with great communication from property owner. We will be back.

4th of July Weekend

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet house that is close to anything you need in the Rochester area. The neighborhood is excellent for early morning and late evening walks. The beds are very comfortable and the price was right! My family was pleased and we would definitely return!

Quick trip to Rodchester

For us the location was perfect. We attended the Rodchester Red Wings games and the location was 15min from park. We also attended Eclipse events at the park. The house was extremely clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We had no problems at all with our stay.

All Good!

We've stayed here before (see our other reviews) and continue to recommend this property. It's clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. Close to ROC and downtown with plenty of shopping nearby as well as the Canal within a short 5-min drive. We'll be back!

Loved it!

The house and property were exactly as depicted online. The house was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, such as kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, laundry soap and iron/ironing board. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was a real home away from home and we loved everything about it!

Very Nice

This property I will have to say was very nice and clean. The area was peaceful and quiet. You were by everything that you would need and plus some. The owners communications were quick and on the spot. I would definitely use this location again when I go to New York.

Still Wonderful

This property remains one of those rentals that we’ll want to return to when travel next brings us to the Rochester area. It’s clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and local attractions. The host takes care to make her guests feel welcome with great communication, coffee and bottled water available as well as a fully stocked kitchen, personal grooming supplies and very comfortable bedding. We’ll be back!
