This is a great unit with two large bedrooms, living space and kitchen. The building is beautiful and a great location to great food. The host is fantastic. Highly recommend!

The property had everything we needed. We were in a very central and walkable location, visiting restaurants and museums. The host is attentive to guest’s needs and checked on us throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. We had everything we needed. The place was spotless. Walking distance to Park Ave shops and restaurants. Communication with host was excellent.

A beautiful place to stay

Lovely! Lovely! Lovely! Perfect location in the heart of Park ave/east ave district. Super clean, decorated beautifully, comfortable beds, and everything you need in kitchen. Katy was a great host. This is a great VRBO!

Lovely light-filled comfortable rooms located in a very walkable neighborhood. Attention to detail was evident in every room. Well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and modern bathrooms along with a nice living room complete the property. Katy, the host, does a fantastic job making you feel welcome.

Beautiful apartment in an awesome neighborhood!

We were in town for a swim meet at the Webster Aquatic Center and we stayed at this awesome apartment. It was very well appointed, clean, and had a ton of charm. The neighborhood is adorable and walkable. The property manager was kind and responsive. We just loved our stay in Rochester. Thank you!

This property was a delight to stay in. The owner, Katy, has done a wonderful remodel of this unit. The place was done in a way that seems contemporary, but holds it's historic charm. Both bedrooms were super spacious and comfortable. The entire place was so clean. The host really put thought into even the little things! Quality toilet paper and the towels were so plush, it felt like a luxury stay for me. If I ever find myself in Rochester again, I will be reaching out to Katy!

Wonderful!

This was a wonderful stay across the board. Cleanliness - I stay in A LOT of rental properties, and this was hands down the cleanest above and beyond any I have stayed in. Host - Katy was wonderful with communication and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Accommodations - the apartment has everything you need, plenty of linens, and stocked perfectly. It was quiet and lovely. Location - fabulous, it is in walking distance of everything you need, the neighborhood is charming and full of great restaurants, coffee shops and bars. It was a wonderful stay and I will stay here everytime I am in Rochester.

This property was outstanding and exactly everything we hoped for. Great neighborhood and easy walks to multiple restaurants.Our host was also exceptional, ensuring that the property had absolutely everything we needed and were available for any questions we had during our stay. In fact, our host found a lost earring and reached out to us for its safe return! Truly exceptional service and property.

We thought it was great and nicely furnished with the two king sized beds. However, you should note in the description that there isn’t a microwave, you can’t wear shoes inside, and parking can be a little challenging if you have more than one vehicle and any type of vehicle bigger than an SVU you’d need to park on the street. While the host was very accommodating for the two senior renters and offered to take the luggage into the unit it should be noted in the description that there is no elevator accommodation and you’re required to go up about 20 steps to the unit. Thanks.

Fantastic location, beautiful neighborhood to walk in, restaurants close by. Entrance was a little run down to the building but the unit was perfect. Clean, beautifully designed, comfortable - felt almost like being in a Paris Apartment. Communication was easy and prompt. I was so pleased with our stay.
