We loved our stay. The house is close to attractions. The reading nook was our toddler's favorite. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the coffee selection it offered.

Adorable home within 15-20 minutes of Adventureland. Host communication was great, easy check-in and check-out, very clean and provided amenities including Keurig with pods, bathroom essentials, fans, books and games. Our favorite part was the cute reading nook! If available will book this for our next stay!

Great place!

This was a great little place to stay! It was clean, beds were comfortable, and my kid loved the reading nook. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Des Moines

We were in town for a concert at the Iowa State Fair, and this location and home was just perfect for our group of four. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our short stay! Could see tons of comfort in staying longer. Would definitely go back. Communication was excellent and friendly. Very clean and the added book nook was adorable, my daughter loved it. Highly recommend!

Loved the house. It had everything we needed for a family of 4. Excellent location! Hosts had great communication. Very responsive of our needs. Will be staying here again!

We stayed here to participate in the good guys car show. The property was great and in close proximity to the fair grounds in a quiet neighborhood.

Super Cozy

Stayed 4 nights. Very comfortable and cozy! Perfect for what we needed. The host definitely put effort into making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

Girls weekend

We came into town for a girls weekend. Kelsey was easy to communicate with, the space was a great location to access downtown, and was a comfortable weekend stay!

Comfortable home with a well supplied kitchen. Super clean home! Host communicated very well and was very helpful. Easy check in. Nice extra is a supply of books for all ages and board games.

Comfy, clean and convenient

The house was lovely - most interesting split level. It was well equipped and clean. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was perfect for the IronMan triathlon. Having a washer and dryer was most handy.

Nice place, it fit our needs. close to the state fair 15min. Away. Only thing its a 2 bdrm the loft is for a small child, otherwise everything was perfect.

week long stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at the house. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the house had all the essentials we needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive whenever we required assistance. My 9-year-old son especially adored the cozy corner filled with games and books.

Cozy split level

The place was really nice. The reading cubby was a big hit with the kids. The nearby Angry Goldfish was a good dinner and Gray's Lake was a nice after dinner walk. Only suggestion--a few more hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.

Very clean and a Great place! Nice neighborhood

This property was very clean, had all the supplies you needed. The book nook was amazing! Kids loved it! It was a 2BR not a 3BR (unless living room is a bedroom). Would totally recommend and stay again! Amazing place!!! Easy checkout rules and great communication with the owner.

4 nights in Des Moines

Check-in could not have gone smoother. Kitchen accommodations were very good. I would suggest upgrading the Keurig. But that is a minor issue. Overall very good.

Iowa Race Stay

This property was very clean and comfortable for two people but it easily could have fit more. The kitchen came with all amenities to cook and the beds were very comfortable as well. The reading nook was so cute! The property manager was friendly, easy to reach and chat with. Was only there for a few days for the Iowa race, and the proximity to the track was perfect. The area was nice to explore after the race as well. I would definitely stay there again if I found myself in Des Moines again.

Very lovely home. Host was great and communication was excellent. They had a pack and play, baby bathtub, sound machine in both rooms. Only thing I noticed was the single bed bedroom would get hot at night while the 2 bed bedroom was colder. Definitely have to use the fans that were provided if you get hot at night. Overall a great place to stay!

This house was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved it so much they didn’t want to leave! The owners put a lot of thought into extra essentials for the home especially if you are travel with babies or small children. Very impressed!

Everything was excellent upon arrival. The only little issue was the cleaning staff left laundry in the dryer. Excellent location that was close to everything in Des Moines.
