I travel quite a bit and have stayed at plenty of vacation rentals, but this is by far one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed! Everything was exactly as advertised, and the property was even better in person. You can tell a lot of thought went into making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay!

Everything about the property was great. I had family with all age ranges, and everyone had fun doing so many things. After our outdoor outings, we came back to a place where you could relax by a fire with a beautiful view or you could keep the pace going by playing pickleball, basketball, ping pong… My family and I loved this place and enjoyed every minute. John is an awesome host as he is very quick to respond and help you with your needs. You can’t go wrong renting this place!

Sunset Ranch was an amazing VRBO/short term rental! We had a great experience with our family, the house is well stocked and the layout and outdoor patio was the best. It worked perfect for our family weekend to celebrate an NAU graduation. John was great to work with and we had a great stay! Highly recommend!
